My recent visit was great. Dr. Batson and his staff are friendly and professional. You are met with smiles and respect. The surroundings are always clean and organized. The wait time is very short. Dr. Batson is great, but the front office team leaves a lot to be desired. They are poor at returning phone calls. Every time I leave, I feel like I have to guide them through the process. I always have to remind them that I need to schedule my next appointment. They have no idea what to do with Care Credit and it is a whole process, every time I check out. They need to get it together.
He really listens to his patients and makes sure they get what they need. Very kind and kind staff.
