This office!!! Had to get some lab done today- this staff is absolutely the nicest! I have had at least twice that I have hung up before leaving a msg on their automated system-no issue with them, I just got interrupted at home anShow mored planned on calling them back. THEY called me back before I could call them!! When is the last time you could get a call back from your PCP on the same day when you have left a message?!?!? If you are looking for a new PCP, the Doctor is just as fantastic!
As a former physician in training somewhat burnt out by healthcare systems, I have not had the time to establish a consistent PCP for longer than Id like to mention. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I Visited Dr. Batson a coupShow morele of weeks ago to establish care. Minimal wait, Excellent and patient doctor willing to address all of my questions, warm and friendly while clear with any health concerns and health advice.

Today was my 1st appt and it was wonderful. He truly made me feel heard and taking my health seriously.
My visit with Dr. Batson was great. He went over my recent test results and explained the areas I needed to improve on and how to do that. He answered all my questions. He is a kind, caring doctor .. the best!

Dr. Batson cares about his patients. He listens and answers my questions and then recommends the best option of treatment. Next step is to set up a follow up appointment. He is kind and I'm thankful he is my doctor.
