My son and I found Dr.Batson on Zocdoc. Today was my first visit. Dr Batson was very thorough with my medical condition. He understood pros and cons of being a diabetic which made me feel very comfortable when asking questions. ThShow moree most important thing for me was he listen to what I was saying. Most doctors rush you out of the room but he didn’t do that. I appreciate that. The staff was amazing. I’ve been to plenty of doctors office’s and never met a more caring and friendly staff. Thumbs, up.
My husband found Dr. Batson. I tagged along for his first visit because, after a life-altering experience with an MD, I would only visit an MD if it beat the alternatives. 1 year in, Dr. Batson is not only my husband's and my PCP,Show more I entrust him with caring for my 14 & 17 year old daughters. He & his office staff, led by Shaunda, genuinely care about their patients. My concerns are taken seriously, addressed proactively with common sense - everything a PCP's office should be & hard to find.

First time in and it genuinely feels like healthcare and not a transaction. Unfortunately I fainted ( at no fault to them) and they made sure I was good and even answered questions after I had left. Stellar doctor, nurses and medical assistants. Trust them with you care.
Quick and thorough
As a new patient, I was very pleased with the service I received. The Doctor and staff took the time they needed to answer my questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through like I had with my previous HMO Primary care physician.
Dr.Batson is wonderful. He really listens to you and helps figure out what your medical needs are together. Very thankful for that.

Dr Batson is the most caring and compassionate dr I have ever had and I’m 68 years old. When you talk to him he really listens; not typing in computer, looking at phone or scribbling in notebook-he actually looks at you and listens. Then develops treatment plan. If you want a caring and talented physician Dr Batson is your man
