What to Expect:

TRT through Men's T Clinic is individualized, and a treatment plan is typically established after two initial visits. Men's T Clinic offers multiple treatment options to serve the need of the patient based upon medical history, life stage, and more. Treatments can range from injection therapy to pharmaceutical gels and creams and/or ancillary services to enhance results or in lieu of TRT. Testosterone Replacement Therapy is covered by most insurance plans, but cash options are available, as is Care Credit (also offered for our Ancillary Service Line-up).

Jessica Champagne is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of experience in a variety of both inpatient and outpatient settings. Jessica takes a holistic approach to patient care, often combining traditional medicine with lifestyle modifications and complementary therapies. She says, “I want to know my patients as unique individuals - understand their motivations, values, goals - that way I can provide the best possible care”. Jessica joined Advance Telemedicine in 2023 and is eager to guide her patients on their path to optimal wellness.

A medical professional with a decade of experience in providing care to the Las Vegas community. My mission is to deliver affordable, holistic, and high quality healthcare to all individuals. I believe in a patient-centered approach that encompasses not just physical health, but also the mental and emotional well-being of my patients. Paul Worrell, DO, leads the team at Dallas Family Medicine in Dallas, Texas. His goal for the clinic was to create a space where he could treat the entire family. Dr. Worrell finds it incredibly rewarding to treat three and sometimes even four generations of the same family.

Dr. Worrell graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. As Associate Professor of Family Medicine, he has taught numerous medical students, nurse practitioners, PA students, interns, and residents throughout his career.

Knowing the entire family helps Dr. Worrell have a comprehensive understanding of each patient's needs. He believes in taking a conservative approach to treating patients, with surgery and even certain drugs being the last alternative. Elaina earned her degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She treats every individual as a member of the family and brings an extensive background in pediatric and adult emergency medicine. Whenever possible, Elaina uses conservative, holistic treatments that ease uncomfortable symptoms and improve the quality of life.

Dr. Prachi Thapar is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a DFW native. She grew up in Flower Mound, TX, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her medical school education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Subsequently, Dr. Thapar completed her Family Medicine residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where she developed a robust clinical background and a deep understanding of patient care.

She became a Family Medicine doctor as it provided the opportunity to be on the frontline of preventive healthcare, working as a part of a collaborative effort to establish long-lasting relationships with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds to understand their unique narratives. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond mere treatment; she strives to empower them and to work together towards a shared vision of equitable health and well-being.

Dr. Thapar also has a strong interest in structured healthcare advocacy efforts and is dedicated to addressing health disparities and promoting inclusive care that respects and acknowledges the varied experiences and needs of her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Thapar is an avid dancer and amateur painter. She enjoys reading the latest mystery novels, attempting to solve challenging crossword puzzles, and traveling.

Dr. Spitzer is a board-certified family physician whose career has spanned more than 25 years guiding patients through recovery from cardiac surgery, coronary artery stenting, and post-myocardial infarctions using the power of exercise. As she observed how lifestyle changes positively impacted her patients' overall health, Dr. Spitzer decided to pursue the field of lifestyle medicine.

Now fully certified in both family medicine and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Spitzer is passionate about providing holistic healthcare and lending her expertise to Southwest Mind & Body Care in Dallas, TX. She leads a team of holistic wellness specialists using clinically proven therapeutic lifestyle interventions alongside natural medicine to treat and prevent chronic conditions. Kristen Laurella, ARNP is an autonomous, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Ms. Laurella holds advanced training and certifications in anti-aging medicine, IV nutritional therapy, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, medical aesthetics, and joint injections. With a holistic and patient-centered approach, Ms. Laurella conducts thorough health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her practice focuses on identifying and addressing root causes, alleviating symptoms, optimizing overall health, and preventing future disease.

Michael Maloy, MD, believes that everyone deserves access to highly skilled medical practitioners in a setting designed for his patients’ comfort. Through his leadership role at Sigma Primary Care, Dr. Maloy provides unparalleled care, personalized to meet the needs of his patients in and around San Antonio, Texas.

Education has always been a central focus for Dr. Maloy. He began his studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning his undergraduate degree in biology. He remained at UT San Antonio to complete his medical degree from the School of Medicine. 

Dr. Maloy completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center-Regional Academic Health Center in Harlingen, Texas, where he then served as an assistant professor of medicine. 

He continues to seek out opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge through ongoing education. 

Dr. Maloy founded Sigma Primary Care in 2016. Over the years, the practice has become an invaluable resource to patients in the Central Texas region. They appreciate how the team takes time to get to know them and their unique set of health needs and goals. 

When not working with patients, Dr. Maloy can be found spending time with his family and enjoying time outdoors hiking in the San Antonio area. He also enjoys weight training as a means of staying healthy and active. 

Amanda attended Western Kentucky University where she received her Associates in Science in 2007 (Magna Cum Laude), followed by her Bachelors in Science in 2008 (Magna Cum Laude). She worked as a Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt Medical Center in their level 1 trauma and burn center as well as Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in their pediatric ICU and Surgical recovery unit. She obtained her Masters in Nursing in 2014 ( Magna Cum Laude) and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her medical focus is in primary care, urgent care as well as occupational health medicine.

Dr. Michael A. Ahearn is a committed physician specializing in general medicine and the founder of Ahearn & Associates Medical Center, which has served the Kewanee community for over 38 years. He holds Board Certifications in both Family Practice and Emergency Medicine.

Education & Training

Born and raised in Mexico, Dr. Ahearn earned his Physician-Surgeon degree with highest honors from the University of La Salle, Mexico City, in 1982. He completed his family practice residency at St. Luke's and Mercy Hospitals in Davenport, Iowa, in 1987 and furthered his education with a certification in acupuncture from Harvard Medical School in 2010.

Professional Experience

Since opening Ahearn & Associates in 2003, Dr. Ahearn has built a trusted practice while also serving as Medical Director for numerous nursing homes across Illinois. In addition, he continues to work as an emergency room physician at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center. His passion for medicine extends beyond borders, having volunteered his expertise in Guatemala, Kenya, and South Africa, bringing care to underserved communities.

Personal Life

When he's not at the clinic or on a medical mission, Dr. Ahearn cherishes moments with his wife Rebecca, stepson Austin, Bella, and family, as well as indulging in his love for reading, music, and movies.

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I am ready to deliver the high quality and holistic care that everyone deserves. I believe that my bedside experience as a nurse has allowed me to become more compassionate and dedicated to each patient. My background education and hospital experience has narrowed my focus in family practice, that includes the management of chronic medical conditions however I am prepared to treat any acute illnesses and complaints.
