Dr. Robin F. Macdougall is an Arizona board-certified D.O. in Sports Medicine and Family Practice. Moreover, he was prestigiously voted as one of Phoenix’s Top Doctors for 2004-2005. Dr. Prachi Thapar is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a DFW native. She grew up in Flower Mound, TX, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her medical school education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Subsequently, Dr. Thapar completed her Family Medicine residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where she developed a robust clinical background and a deep understanding of patient care.

She became a Family Medicine doctor as it provided the opportunity to be on the frontline of preventive healthcare, working as a part of a collaborative effort to establish long-lasting relationships with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds to understand their unique narratives. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond mere treatment; she strives to empower them and to work together towards a shared vision of equitable health and well-being.

Dr. Thapar also has a strong interest in structured healthcare advocacy efforts and is dedicated to addressing health disparities and promoting inclusive care that respects and acknowledges the varied experiences and needs of her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Thapar is an avid dancer and amateur painter. She enjoys reading the latest mystery novels, attempting to solve challenging crossword puzzles, and traveling.

Paul Worrell, DO, leads the team at Dallas Family Medicine in Dallas, Texas. His goal for the clinic was to create a space where he could treat the entire family. Dr. Worrell finds it incredibly rewarding to treat three and sometimes even four generations of the same family.

Dr. Worrell graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. As Associate Professor of Family Medicine, he has taught numerous medical students, nurse practitioners, PA students, interns, and residents throughout his career.

Michael Maloy, MD, believes that everyone deserves access to highly skilled medical practitioners in a setting designed for his patients’ comfort. Education has always been a central focus for Dr. Maloy. He began his studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning his undergraduate degree in biology. He remained at UT San Antonio to complete his medical degree from the School of Medicine. 

Dr. Maloy completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center-Regional Academic Health Center in Harlingen, Texas, where he then served as an assistant professor of medicine. 

He continues to seek out opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge through ongoing education.

Amanda attended Western Kentucky University where she received her Associates in Science in 2007 (Magna Cum Laude), followed by her Bachelors in Science in 2008 (Magna Cum Laude). She worked as a Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt Medical Center in their level 1 trauma and burn center as well as Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in their pediatric ICU and Surgical recovery unit. She obtained her Masters in Nursing in 2014 ( Magna Cum Laude) and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her medical focus is in primary care, urgent care as well as occupational health medicine.

Dr. Karen Architect is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner who specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Weight Loss. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University HSC, graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude. In 2012, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Texas Tech University HSC and in 2018 completed her studies by earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice at University of the Incarnate Word. She is the owner of Heart Healthy Family Practice, PLLC. where the focus is providing meaningful care and a better quality of life to our patients. Dr. Architect has provided healthcare in the greater San Antonio area for over 22 years; and is dedicated to meeting both immediate and long-term goals by developing a lifestyle plan, targeting the underlying health issues, and always putting patient’s needs first.

Kristen Laurella, ARNP is an autonomous, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Ms. Laurella holds advanced training and certifications in anti-aging medicine, IV nutritional therapy, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, medical aesthetics, and joint injections. With a holistic and patient-centered approach, Ms. Laurella conducts thorough health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her practice focuses on identifying and addressing root causes, alleviating symptoms, optimizing overall health, and preventing future disease.

Jeremy Logsdon is the lead provider at Alva Health and Wellness and has been in the medical field since 2001. Jeremy is excited to offer Family Medical Services to his hometown of Alva. Since graduating Jeremy has provided excellent medical care for Alva and surrounding areas. Jeremy was nominated for the Citizens Choice Healthcare Professional in 2020. Upon graduation, Jeremy was recognized as The Outstanding Graduating Student, awarded by The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. Nurse Practitioner Janet Dominguez-Giron graduated from Florida Southwestern College and University of South Florida with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing, respectively. Her top priority has always been to provide quality medical care to all of her patients. Frank Ditz, MD, is a skilled and experienced family practice physician with a passion for personalized care. Through his work at Family Practice of Suntree and Viera in Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Ditz is honored to play a role in helping those in his care to improve their health and wellness. 

Education has always been an important part of Dr. Ditz’s life. He began his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he attended on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors. He then focused on earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. 

Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force. 

While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft. 

Despite receiving numerous attractive offers, including the opportunity to rise to the level of Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Ditz left the military to pursue his dream of going into private practice.
