Amy Beyer grew up in Fluvanna County and went away to college at Liberty University. Upon completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing she came back to Fluvanna and married her husband Stephen Beyer, another lifelong Fluco. After working for several years at UVA Amy decided to continue her education at James Madison University and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Kacmar is an independent family physician who is board-certified in both primary care and sports medicine. Dr. Monica Ramirez is a Dallas native who has just completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio.  She is excited to be back in Dallas and thrilled to be joining Southwest Family Medicine Associates.

Thomas Rambacher, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, is a double board-certified surgeon and wound doctor at Foot Ankle Leg Wound Care Orange County in Mission Viejo, California. Dr. Carl Williams was born in Gary Indiana and has been practicing medicine in Las Vegas for over thirty years and has made it a priority to make care, understanding, and validation the heart of his practice. He received his Medical Doctorate at the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed residencies and fellowships at Wayne State in Detroit, the University of Illinois, Chicago and Rush Presbyterian. He served an additional residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.
