Carolyn is awesome!! She knew what I had just from my symptoms. Tri-Lakes Urgent Care clinic was the third clinic I visited. I was mis-diagnosed at two others. Carolyn is very nice. She explains things and she makes sure you understand. Shes very encouraging when a person is trying to lose weight. And she lets you know that she is happy for your accomplishment. I think she is a great NP! And staff is wonderful too!
Carolyn listened to all if my concerns. And I had plenty. She did not try to rush me. That's a big deal. She ran the appropriate tests and sent an antibiotic in for me. She even called me back after hours because she said she would get me the results. Thank you Carolyn.
