No better place to receive health care! Carolyn always gives me the time to solve my health issues with a healthy lifestyle, if I choose to do so. I always prefer this method. she has kept me off of BP & Heart meds for over two yeShow morears with proper diet and exercise tips. She keeps a close watch with timely checkups to make sure that my blood levels are where they should be. she takes the time to listen to my wants and concerns. which makes all the difference as far as I am concerned.
Before my Dad passed away, Carolyn Clark was his & my Mom’s primary care doctor. So it was only natural that I started seeing her for checkups, etc, as well. Carolyn is wonderful in that she takes the time to listen to her patientShow mores, & genuinely cares about them & their health concerns. She also has a great staff working with her, too. They do a great job at maintaining a clean facility with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere! I highly recommend Tri-Lakes Family Care for your health needs!!!!

We absolutely love Carolyn Clark. She always makes us feel so well taken care of. It's an extremely valuable trust being under her care. Extremely personable, down to earth, so knowledgeable. We love the Dr’s and Nurses, everyone is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. This is the only Dr’s office we use, the hours are great, they take walk ins and you don’t need an appointment, getting sick is never planned but they make it so easy to get help.

Carolyn Clark is always very professional and knowledgeable. She provides wonderful care, wait times are minimal, and is always prompt in follow-ups when they are needed. My wife and I have never had better primary care.

Hi, it is a great convenience to have your test x-rays. Are urine test done they are within the facility. The doctors are very quickly to reply on the results.

Carolyn Clark goes above and beyond to serve her patients. She listens carefully to concerns and fully addresses each one. Her staff are friendly and organized. Patient waiting areas, rooms, and bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Overall, I would give this office a well-earned 5 stars.
