My doctor and her entire staff work Efficiently and are very Personable! I am warmly greeted by members of my "Healthcare Support Team" each time I visit. I get everything done in one visit. I enjoy knowing the my labs are done oShow moren the spot and I don't have to go to another location to get labs done. Her staff also checks my vision during that same visit. During my actual one on one with Doctor Johnson-Caldwell she is Listening, Looking and Observing me and my response to questions or the things i seek to share with her that I have observed about myself. Before I could leave the office my pharmacist had texted that my prescriptions were received and would be delivered that afternoon. Less than 24hours after my visit I received a call from Dr. Johnson-Caldwell's office detailing my test results and the doctors recommendations based upon my test result! Because Dr. Johnson-Caldwell is the Lead Doctor (aka Primary Care Physician) on my "Healthcare Support Team" its very important that I get the test results and her recommendations so I can properly participate in my own Health maintenance plan. **THANK YOU Dr. Johnson-Caldwell and Staff!**
I've been looking for a primary care physician in my network so this was my first visit to Dr. Johnson-caldwell's practice. I was greeted right away by the front desk person, Jarvis, who collected my information on an ipad. This mShow moreade filling everything out more efficient and sped up the time it normally takes. After waiting for a bit, I was taken by a nurse to get my vitals. She was very nice and carefully took my pulse, blood, etc. Once I was in the official room, I waited a bit for the doctor. When she came in her demeanor was very warm and welcoming. Since this was the first time meeting she asked me for my family history, proceeded to examine me for my checkup, answered some of my questions; it was a nice examination. I also asked her for a gyno referral and she promptly gave me that information. The visit was less than an hour even with me having to fill out paperwork. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Dr. Caldwell is an excellent physician
She is wonderful! Very friendly but professional and gives you plenty of time to talk about your issues. My 36 yr old daughter and I both go to her and both of us are very pleased!
Each time I go in for my appointments, I receive nothing but the utmost respect from everyone in the office, from Drs. Caldwell and Campbell to the entire staff. The wait time is usually not very long and once you get to the back, you are heard and they get right to the issue/s. I have been pleased since I have started going there.
The wait was a little long but being able to do blood work in Dr Caldwells office makes up for it. The staff is nice and considerate while asking all the right questions.

Always a great experience. Starting from my phone call to make an appointment, checking in, having my vitals taken and then seeing the doctor. I’ve always been greeted and treated as though I’m family. I’ll remain with Dr Johnson-Caldwell until my death…which is inevitable, but hopefully prolonged.
