Yesterday Dr. Jennifer listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and diagnosed the tingling in my hands as carpal tunnel syndrome, when I had been fearing cardio problems. She will check the lab blood draw for low iroShow moren count and thyroid, for a possible reason for my fatigue. She is patient, insightful, and caring, gives the correct diagnoses and medications. Jarvis is competent, always helpful as an office manager.

Punctual upon arrival Greeted , Listening to the Ailments and Addressed corrected procedures and Referring Doctors to make observations to correct the symptoms , and follow-up Appointment .
Dr. Caldwell has been my Internal Medicine doctor for twenty years. She is by far the most attentive doctor I have ever seen. I know I am in good hands with her.
Dr Jennifer is very attentive and listens very carefully to everything have to say. Our meetings are always detailed and she takes her time. I’ve been a patient for several years. Her staff is great too!

If I could leave 0 I would. Wasted 3/mo’s and over $300 for nothing. Literally nothing. 1st apmt was so promising. THEY scheduled a follow up to do my lab work almost a month out from the original apmt. Got there and the doctor is confused as to why I’m there! Lab work is completed at 2nd appointment. I get told that my WBC is abnormally high (I ate a McD’s cheeseburger that blew up my stomach 2 days prior) and she orders a CAT scan of my abdomen/pelvis. They never checked with the radiology place THEY picked to complete this, for my results. After someone finally does their job to get the results in, still no answer from them on next steps. Thankfully nothing was wrong, but guess what? THAT WAS NEVER THE ISSUE. Got told to take some fiber and get rest. This is a week after they had the results. Dr Caldwell still hadn’t actually reviewed it, but in the span of a few seconds of waiting on hold with a nurse. That’s what I get told. Take some fiber and get some rest.. THE ISSUE THAT I CAME TO THIS OFFICE FOR, IS NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY I DONT HAVE ANY ENERGY. The other lab work that was completed on the 2nd visit. Not uploaded to my patient portal. Not reviewed with me. Guess what…had to find out from my insurance, from the diagnosis codes on the claims this office submitted, as the results of the lab work- that I have a hypertension problem and my Thyroid is fatigued. You know why none of this was presented to me? THIS OFFICE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING, and DOES NOT PROVIDE QUALITY PATIENT CARE. WHERE ARE MY LAB WORK RESULTS? WHY WAS THIS NEVER REVIEWED? Oo that’s right- much like the CAT scan no one in the office does the work of receiving that information in a timely manner. THERE ARE NO RESULTS IN MY PATIENT PORTAL. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS TO ADDRESS IT?! No next steps or follow up from the office. THEY DO NOT CARE. The ONLY consistent thing they have done is run up the insurance, and with the quickness! It sucks because she’s so pleasant and there’s not many internist PCP’s, I really thought I found my new PCP. My mother and I were left trying to figure out what to do next after her visit. There are no clear directions of what to do next. The new office still has many issues to work out . We left without a next appt time because your employees didn't even notice us leaving!!

Dr. Caldwell listens and responds to my concerns and acts promptly, if necessary, to resolve them, if possible. within the scope of her medical expertise. Definitely understands how to treat senior citizens.
Great Customer Service
I was pleased with my first visit and physical exam. Dr Johnson-Caldwell wanted to know my concerns and honestly advised me. I liked her positive attitude and personality too. I had to wait about 30 minutes before my exam but she was seeing patients so I didn’t mind. The atmosphere and reception personnel are very pleasant too.
