I have been practicing nursing since 2016 with a career in home health and hospice. I completed my masters at Walden University in 2024. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California. 

When he isn’t teaching his patients how to improve their lifestyles with healthy habits or administering cutting-edge regenerative treatments, Dr. Allende loves to spend his time traveling with his wife, Amira, and visiting friends and family. He adheres to a dedicated regimen of weight training, a nutritious diet, outdoor exercise, and relaxation.

Jeremy Logsdon is the lead provider at Alva Health and Wellness and has been in the medical field since 2001. Jeremy is excited to offer Family Medical Services to his hometown of Alva. Since graduating Jeremy has provided excellent medical care for Alva and surrounding areas. Jeremy was nominated for the Citizens Choice Healthcare Professional in 2020. Upon graduation, Jeremy was recognized as The Outstanding Graduating Student, awarded by The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. This is a very prestigious award and is only awarded to one student in the entire graduating class. Jeremy began his career as a Combat Medic in the OK Army National Guard and quickly advanced his career as a nurse at St. Mary's in Enid working in Medical Surgical Unit, Critical Care Unit, Orthopedics, and the Emergency Department. Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He specializes in the evaluation and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions in athletes and active individuals of all ages.

Dr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Connecticut State University, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field care. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency training in family medicine at Rowan University SOM.

 He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Atlantic Health Sports Medicine in Morristown, New Jersey, during which he worked directly with the New York Jets medical staff.

Dr. Figueroa is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals of all ages, from youth and high-school athletes to weekend warriors and professionals. Drawing on his experience as both an athletic trainer and physician, his goal is to help patients recover efficiently, stay active, and continue doing what they love.

Marzena Villacorta, APN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. She brings extensive and diverse clinical experience, having worked across multiple specialties. Her broad background allows her to care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs.   Marzena completed her advanced practice nursing education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received specialized training in adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced for many years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and community-based environments. She is also an Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse and a Medical-Surgical Certified Nurse, and holds multiple additional certifications that support her comprehensive clinical practice, including IVIG therapy, wound care, preventive health, and certification as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner through the FMCSA National Registry.   Her clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, geriatrics, wellness and lifestyle medicine, infusion therapy, and occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers. She enjoys caring for adults of all ages and values building long-term relationships with multi-generational families.   Marzena’s care philosophy is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered approach. She believes in empowering patients through education, treating the whole person rather than just the diagnosis, and partnering with each patient to promote wellness, prevent disease, and support lifelong health.   Originally from Poland and now living in New Jersey, Marzena enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through fitness, running, hiking, and travel. At home, she enjoys the company of her pets.

Board-certified primary care physician Mrinalini Kodumagulla, MD, of Wake Family Medicine, is experienced in treating adults, children, adolescents, and seniors. Her empathy, dedication, honesty, and compassion make her unique and help her take care of all her patients’ primary care needs at her office in Cary, North Carolina. 

In 1991, Dr. Kodumagulla earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine and science from Sri Venkateswara Medical University in Tirupati, India. She then went on to complete her family medicine residency at Mercy Health Partners in Toledo, Ohio. In 2008, Dr. Kodumagulla became board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. To better serve her patients, Dr. Kodumagulla also holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. 

From 2005-2008, Dr. Kodumagulla was a resident physician at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. During her time there, she evaluated and treated patients in the emergency department and participated in all teaching conferences. The following year, she worked as a family physician at Tri-County Community Health Center (now known as CommWell Health) in Newton Grove, North Carolina, where she provided and managed direct patient care, trained and supervised medical students, and managed the daily operations of the patient care unit.

Since 2009, Dr. Kodumagulla has worked as a family physician at Wake Family Medicine, offering patients of all ages routine health care, including annual and school physicals, and executive health physicals. She also provides chronic health and acute care management for medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD. Frank Ditz, MD, is a skilled and experienced family practice physician with a passion for personalized care. Through his work at Family Practice of Suntree and Viera in Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Ditz is honored to play a role in helping those in his care to improve their health and wellness. 

Education has always been an important part of Dr. Ditz’s life. He began his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he attended on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors. He then focused on earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. 

Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force. 

While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft.
