Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force. 

While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft.

As an experienced, friendly, and compassionate family care physician at Lower Merion Family Medicine in Narberth, Pennsylvania, Ritu Aggarwal, MD, is popular with patients of all ages. Dr. Aggarwal offers personalized care for patients from birth to age 99, including annual physicals, immunizations, gynecologic care, and treatment for chronic and acute conditions of all types.

Dr. Eskander graduated from Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt in 1980. Once he relocated to the States, Dr. Eskander completed his residency at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN from ‘87-’89. He remains an active Fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Dr. Eskander has been a vital member of the Upper Cumberland healthcare community since 1991. He opened his first private practice in Sparta, TN. He then opened an office here in Cookeville in 2006, where he practiced until 2016. For the last 5 years, Dr. Eskander has been the Medical Director for Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. While he enjoyed his time here, he greatly missed his patients in private practice and is happy to join Dr. Jain and his team as a part-time provider.

Dr. Eskander has been happily married to his darling wife, Karen, for 38 years, and together they have 3 children. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing racquetball and tennis in his free time.

Amreen Noorani, APRN, is an advanced practice nurse at Marion Heart Center & Marion Physician Associates, which is located in Downtown Ocala and Ocala West, Florida. She has been working as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) for about 10 years.  

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keiser University, Orlando, in 2019. She went on to complete her master’s degree in adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner training from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2022. She also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. At the moment, she is licensed to practice in Florida.

She believes in delivering quality and customized care based on the individual patient's needs. She has been blessed with a baby daughter, a toddler son, and a loving husband.
