I was upset that the doctor wasn’t in the office when I had my visit. I met with the nurse practitioner though, who was very helpful and accommodating. When I first arrived at the office, I was not greeted at all. The lady at the front desk didn’t say good morning or hello, she said “did you change your PCP on your insurance?” Didn’t even ask my name. Then directed me to go in the bathroom to leave a pee sample, but didn’t show me where to leave the sample.

Doctor Octain is a very good doctor but he needs a good receptionist with good attitude.
Staff often don't send notice of test results or copies of payment

The receptionist is not nice at she doesn't treat patients with patients with respect at all. Her attitude is terrible she need to be little more respectful
