Jose Mendez, DO, has over twenty years of experience as a physician practicing in various settings, including dermatology, dermatologic surgery, wound care, critical care, primary care, and medical research. He applies his extensive experience at Dermatology Consultants P.A. in Miramar and Hialeah, Florida. Dr. Mendez has over thirteen years of experience in general dermatology and specializes in Mohs surgery.

Dr. Mendez served as a voluntary Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has also served as a Clinical Professor for Internal Medicine and Dermatology with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Clinical Professor for the Department of Dermatology Nova Southeastern University. Theodore Gerard A. Caspe, MD, serves families in the Rancho Cucamonga, California community with a sense of support and responsibility. Specializing in family practice and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Caspe covers the most fundamental needs of the men and women in the Inland Empire.

Dr. Caspe received his medical education and bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Melissa went on to earn her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she also earned her national certification. A graduate of UT San Antonio, “Dr. J” (as she is known to her patients) joined us in 2004. Dr. Jaiswal heads our care coordination and outreach program that ensures the highest quality of care and customer service. She gets much joy in caring for those who are in need, and is known for her loving and compassionate bedside manners, especially when caring for the elderly.
