Sue Frady is a Nurse Practitioner and is Certified in Family Practice and Pain Management. Ms. Frady also has specialty training in psychopharmacology. She received her bachelor degrees in biology and nursing as well as her masters degree in nursing at UNC. Sue chose the medical field because she believes it is a dynamic field that continuously improves over time with scientific innovation. She believes in a patient centered philosophy and that all patients and families should be informed partners in their health and well-being. When not working Sue serves as a CASA (court appointed special advocate for kids) and a parent. Free time is spent with her husband, two kids and two dogs enjoying the outdoors while biking, hiking and skiing. She was a professional ballet dancer, with certification with the Royal Academy of Dance and was previously known as her alter ego Anna Phylaxsis, a professional roller derby player.

Her drive to provide more for her patients pushed her to continue her education.
