On the check in, I expect that they would know better how to help how to access the insurance card. I already did my part in enrollment. What was missing was just the card. Insurance wants to talk to them but the insist on wantingShow more to see the card. We explained that because it was only the 3rd, the card was still on the mail. Dr office suggested to access it on the web but that was like after one hour of discussion. They double check it from there end but they said I was not enrolled, we need the card they, was a lack of trust on their part. Finally , I went to website and register and access the card. It was like a court room experience when they would not believe us until they see the card. We were there at 2:30pm and we were attended about 2 hours of waiting. On the doctor's time with me, When we got to see the Dr. Caspe, he was patient going over my concerns and issues. So I can give 1 star for the reception but 4 for doctor.
After the pandemic I went back to my doctors for my yearly exam and as always oustanding. Dr Caspe is not only a great doctor throughtout my years I have never seen anyone like Dr Caspe, he takes the time to listen, explain and goShow morees in details with you all your issues and concerns and he will provide referrals as needed on a timely matter he cares about his Patients and his dedication is a blessing. One of the best doctors to me and caring .Thank you Dr. Caspe for taking care of me and keeping me on my toes to follow directions and check up on your patients. THank you

I feel very confident with all of his decisions. I drive 35 miles one way to see him because I live in LA county up the hill I have to drive way past Victorville. And the reason I do that is because I've seen at least 10 doctors in the desert that I felt were not competent. Not only do I feel he's a professional and he acts like one but everything he's done for me and unfortunately I've had a lot of health issues he's taking care of it 100%. So yes I'm 100% confident he's the best doctor within thousands of miles.
