My visit was methodical and punctual. *There is one item I think the Doctor should restate in his familiarization video, however. If I recall the presentation accurately, Dr. Sims made the statement that marijuana smoke is not hShow morearmful to the human body, as is cigarette or cigar smoke. I grew up in a scientific family - my father was an organic research chemist and department head for Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, and I well remember the occasion I was caught as a juvenile "experimenting" with cigarettes: He explained to me, in rather persuasive terms and demeanor, that: 1) the lungs are the most fragile and sensitive organ in the human body, 2) any combusted material contains carcinogens, 3) carcinogens, inhaled into the lungs, form poisonous substances WHICH WILL, based on exposure, damage those organs. It seems, therefore, that combusted marijuana as such would constitute carcinogens introduced into the lungs. Just to make sure, in the instant case, I looked into the subject and found the following reference material from The American Lung Ass'n (cut/pasted as such below): "Marijuana Smoke Smoke is harmful to lung health. Whether from burning wood, tobacco or marijuana, toxins and carcinogens are released from the combustion of materials. Smoke from marijuana combustion has been shown to contain many of the same toxins, irritants and carcinogens as tobacco smoke. May 31, 2023 Marijuana and Lung Health | American Lung Association" While it is up to the patients and doctors to determine benefits/detriments from using combusted marijuana in individual cases, I believe your presentation should be revised in order to be accurate at the introductory level. Personally, I am planning to utilize cannibus in forms which exclude inhaled forms. /s.
Set an appointment well and advance of my expiration date for my medical card. Never got the call then a random appointment was set for me. Did finally received a call from the physician lasted two seconds. I proceeded to try and Show morecontact them in regards to payment and information kept receiving the wrong invoice Finally got the right invoice paid still haven’t received my renewal paperwork through my portal. Now my card is expired and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Great place friendly environment has the best staff the bald dude was super helpful and they do more stuff here regarding mens health for testosterone and it's cheaper then the other clinics by a wide margin truly shows commitment to the patients
