Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, DABoM or “Dr. O“ as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the medical team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Forward Care Family Practice

Forward Care Family Practice provides comprehensive family medical care from their office in Phoenix, Arizona. Led by Ellana Davidov, PA-C, the medical team can address a variety of acute health conditions and chronic diseases during in-office consultations or through the online telehealth platform.
