Best experience I ever had. From the front desk to the doctor, I found that they were extremely professional. Dr. Luck actually took the time to discuss my concerns. They are well scheduled appointments. I’m very happy to have coShow moreme across Dr. Luck . Doctors today don’t really show any interest in their patients but just to get the job done. And oftentimes because they are over booked, the patients are not able to see the doctor but instead pushed to the nurse practitioner.

I’m very glad to have come Three oaks medical facility. I like the fact that Dr. Luck actually takes the time and discuss any results or issues with me. Today’s medical clinic gives me the impression of rushed just because they are over booked. Many doctors today have lost their personal touch with their patience and always push appointments to their nurse practitioner. Insurance.pays for a doctor’s service not a nurse service.

I found my first visit to meet Dr. Luck and her associates very positive. Smiling faces throughout the facility. Very professional and punctual. The office was very clean organized. I found Dr. Luck very easy to speak with. Dr. Luck seemed very genuine in wanting to understand any of my concerns. I look forward to visiting Dr. Luck and her associates again in the future.
Staff is very friendly. Waiting tme was about 5 minutes. All of my questions were answered thoroughly.
