Janet is very good at hearing and explaining everything to you. As a provider I totally recommend her. However I feel like the front desk or MA girls lack a little bit in being more attentive as in greeting patients when walking in and over the phone when confirming my appointments. As well when it comes to billing it seems like there is always mistakes with my billing. Last time I had a question about my balance and the MA said she would have billing look into and reach out and never heard back Read less

As always, it was a pleasure meeting with Dr. Luck today. This was my first telehealth visit and I enjoyed it immensely. Dr. Luck has the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced. Dr. Luck was very thorough, empathetic and she really understood my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Luck and anyone who calls her “their doctor “ is rather fortunate in my opinion.
