Janet is very good at hearing and explaining everything to you. As a provider I totally recommend her. However I feel like the front desk or MA girls lack a little bit in being more attentive as in greeting patients when walking iShow moren and over the phone when confirming my appointments. As well when it comes to billing it seems like there is always mistakes with my billing. Last time I had a question about my balance and the MA said she would have billing look into and reach out and never heard back
I really don’t like switching doctors because usually I’m let down by the new doctor I have been assigned to or to pick from and I have to say Janet is really nice. She looked deeper into me taking my medication’s and how they worShow morek together and I was really impressed by that.. She seems to really care about her patience, and without being said, I look forward to our doctor-patient relationship in the future.

It's always a very positive experience with Dr. Janet. She takes her time and listens and goes over everything thoroughly that you have a concern with. She discusses any issues and comes up with a health plan to address it.
