Janet is very good at hearing and explaining everything to you. As a provider I totally recommend her. However I feel like the front desk or MA girls lack a little bit in being more attentive as in greeting patients when walking iShow moren and over the phone when confirming my appointments. As well when it comes to billing it seems like there is always mistakes with my billing. Last time I had a question about my balance and the MA said she would have billing look into and reach out and never heard back
I really don’t like switching doctors because usually I’m let down by the new doctor I have been assigned to or to pick from and I have to say Janet is really nice. She looked deeper into me taking my medication’s and how they worShow morek together and I was really impressed by that.. She seems to really care about her patience, and without being said, I look forward to our doctor-patient relationship in the future.

Janet always takes the best care of me. She takes the time to listen, and always explains everything in a way I can actually understand. She isn’t just a pill pusher, and always gives me options. She sees me as a person, not just as a number. Her nurse is also very caring and makes me feel comfortable. Both have great bedside manner.
They are all very nice and show concern, and she is great she spends the time to answer your ? Even found something that other Dr's had notice something in my blood results but never followed up on it SHE DID THANK YOU DR. DOMINGUEZ.
