Janet is very good at hearing and explaining everything to you. As a provider I totally recommend her. However I feel like the front desk or MA girls lack a little bit in being more attentive as in greeting patients when walking iShow moren and over the phone when confirming my appointments. As well when it comes to billing it seems like there is always mistakes with my billing. Last time I had a question about my balance and the MA said she would have billing look into and reach out and never heard back
Saw me in an emergency situation and was very kind and thorough. I will go back in 4 days for a follow up and hope to feel much better So happy I switched primary care physicians
