It was my first time at Forward Care, and I am so thankful to have come across this practice, as Ellana and Beatrice have been amazing, thoughtful, considerate, patient and beyond competent with everything I needed, taking the tShow moreime to explain procedures to me, the reason they are necessary, and giving me the option to go over them whenever I am ready. Ellana is the first physician I have ever been able to talk to about all of the things I had in mind prior to the appointment, and she took the time to listen to me, actively engage me and encourage me, and helped me get through a procedure I've been terrified and avoided for years. I recommend her to everyone I know, she is absolutely outstanding!
I had very high blood pressure and border line diabetes when I got to the forward family care facility. After tests and consult along with physical and blood work they designed a program of medicine, diet and exercise. Well after Show moreless than three months and following the PAs orders the results were outstanding. They listened and cared for my well being. I am fortunate to have found this place. The staff is great. My blood pressure is now normal and I lost 19 pounds. The diet and change in food habits was a direct result along with the exercise. Forward Care Family Practice provides comprehensive family medical care from their office in Glendale, Arizona. Mrs. Davidov is an amazing super delicious provider. I had so many bad experiences with other doctors. Thank God I found her office. The staff there are just as super delicious as the provider very friendly, caring no rushing you and best part they work fast no long waits. Ellana and her staff from the receptionist to the prescreen interviewer were all friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right from time I stepped into the office. She explained what she was ordering for my case and was forthcoming with lucid answers to my questions. My prescription was called in right away and I was able to pick it up within 30 minutes. My daughter had a similar experience we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a primary care practice. Thanks!

Wonderful delivery of healthcare services with excellent customer service
Dr. Davidov is very thorough. Also, every time I have called to make an appointment, I have gotten in the same day, which is huge when you’re not feeling good I’m so happy she’s my primary care.
