From the way that my phone/text experiences were going. Also, after one bad experience years ago with another practice I've always refused to see anything but a actual MD provider. When Ellana walked in and told me she was a PA I almost said something. But I decided to give her a chance.....she was amazing!! She actually took the time to listen to every concern, address every need and suggest some follow ups to try and get to the bottom of some issues that I've been having that non of my other specialist have not been able to or willing to do. I would highly recommend this practice!
