Board-certified primary care physician Mrinalini Kodumagulla, MD, of Wake Family Medicine, is experienced in treating adults, children, adolescents, and seniors. In 1991, Dr. Kodumagulla earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine and science from Sri Venkateswara Medical University in Tirupati, India. She then went on to complete her family medicine residency at Mercy Health Partners in Toledo, Ohio. In 2008, Dr. Kodumagulla became board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. From 2005-2008, Dr. Kodumagulla was a resident physician at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. During her time there, she evaluated and treated patients in the emergency department and participated in all teaching conferences. The following year, she worked as a family physician at Tri-County Community Health Center (now known as CommWell Health) in Newton Grove, North Carolina, where she provided and managed direct patient care, trained and supervised medical students, and managed the daily operations of the patient care unit.

Gaston Perez, MD, FAAFP, FAARFM, is the founder and owner of Global Family Medicine and Urgent Care in Bluffton, South Carolina. He is also the medical director of Hospice Care of South Carolina in Beaufort. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Perez is board certified in family medicine and anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine.
