Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I am ready to deliver the high quality and holistic care that everyone deserves. I believe that my bedside experience as a nurse has allowed me to become more compassionate and dedicated to each patient. My background education and hospital experience has narrowed my focus in family practice, that includes the management of chronic medical conditions however I am prepared to treat any acute illnesses and complaints. Everyone deserves great care and I am ready to deliver it. God Bless you and hope to see you soon!
“Dr Perez was very kind and compassionate with great attention to detail to my care. Being a new patient she really took her time to go over all my information and plan out her course of care moving forward. I’m very happy with her and highly recommend her office.”
