Diego Allende, DO, is the owner and founder of The Allende Centre for Regenerative Medicine & Vitality in Fresno, California. He specializes in intergrated medicine and has a board certification in family medicine and a degree in osteopathic medicine.
Dr. Allende was born in Argentina and moved to the San Francisco area with his family as a child. He and his brothers often worked in the family’s auto-body shop, which he credits for his value of hard work. When he began college at San Jose State University in San Jose, California, he continued to work full time while earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
After earning his degree, Dr. Allende moved across the country to attend medical school in New York. After a year, he moved back to California to earn his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California.

Natalie Cook, MD, is a compassionate family medicine physician at Thirlby Clinic, PLC in Traverse City, Michigan. In addition, she offers minor procedures and biopsies.

Her medical focus is in primary care, urgent care as well as occupational health medicine.
I often tell people nursing is what I was made to do and I am still grateful for this amazing career 16 years later. My career began in the Chicagoland area working as an RN in a busy urban community hospital. My passion has always been in patient education and helping people learn and adapt to a lifestyle of health and wellness. I have nearly 8 years of Emergency nursing experience along with experience in Orthopedic Surgery, Primary Care, and Aesthetics as a nurse practitioner.
