I had an unexpected emergency (bleeding from a mole) and called Dr. Los's office. It was close to lunch time, but I was told to "just come in." She saw me, referred my situation to an Internal Medicine doctor, Dr. Kaminski, who also saw me right away. Did a biopsy procedure in their office. All is fine now.
