I was not able to be seen because I had to wait till Mon to pay my copay (4 days later). I, in turn, got busy at work and missed my appt on Mon. Had to reschedule for Tues. I now owe my reg copay plus $25 missed appointment fee aShow morend am having to take off work two days instead of one. I was at my original appointment but was refused to be seen over $30 copay that had to wait 4 days to be paid. I always pay at time of service. I just feel like more accomodations could have been made. It was also a quick visit for med refills, which I don’t understand why that it done every 3 mos.
Dr. Williams and his staff are unlike many in health-care. They are always courteous and friendly. There have been times when I needed a same day appointment and it has never been a problem or inconvenience. Dr. Williams is thorouShow moregh and has always addressed every concern I've had. He is easy to talk to and I have never felt rushed. I appreciate the Visit Summary I'm given at the end of every visit that I refer to in case I forget something he said. I am a retired RN and I have high expectations of doctors and their staff. Dr. Williams and his office staff exceed my expectations. I can't praise them enough!

Florence Family Medicine provides sports physicals, sick visits, preventive medicine, and routine health maintenance. The medical staff also assist you with the management of your chronic medical illnesses.
Additionally, Dr. Williams can perform minor surgical procedures, including — but not limited to — skin excisions, laceration repairs, and joint injections, as well as mole and cyst removal and abscess incision and drainage.
We make every attempt to work in sick visits with our scheduled well visits and medication management visits. We do ask that you call ahead to allow for less waiting time for you as our scheduled visits will have priority. If we are unable to work in patients for sick visits same day/next day, our office staff may ask that you go to urgent care or the emergency room.
The staff at Florence Family Medicine works closely with LabCorp and usually receives results within a day or two. They also work with Florence MRI and Imaging enabling them to see both the images and typed radiology reports on CT scans quicker than from the hospital.
