Dr Rambacher has been my Podiatrist for two years now and I have already given a glowing review on what he has done for me. But a week ago I brought in a friend who had fractured a bone in her foot. He worked us in to his alreadyShow more busy Monday, which I appreciated. My friend’s foot was x-rayed and he confirmed the fracture. He said he thought he could fix it right in the office. After injections to deaden the area, he did what he called a closed reduction procedure, that brought the fracture together so the bones could heal naturally. It was 100% successful. And you know that is just who he is. Many doctors would have just said she needed surgery (which was warranted) it would pay him a lot more, but he cares for people and is there for what is best for them. This review is based upon my initial visit. I was very impressed with the professional and positive attitude of all support staff I interacted with. But even more so with Dr. Rambacher’s welcoming approach, the exam, the willingneShow moress to hear all my concerns and especially not feeling rushed at all. I had several concerns. He conducted a number of exams that included ultrasound and high definition x-ray images, after which we met again to fully discuss his observations and potential treatment options based on my active lifestyle. We agreed to start with a conservative approach before considering the options that would require surgery. It’s too soon to know how things will progress but I left knowing all my options and having a sense that I could trust his judgement moving forward with a treatment plan.

Dr. Rambacher received his degree in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio -- now the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. His primary podiatry residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation included numerous subspecialty rotations such as endocrinology, rheumatology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and podo-pediatrics.
Besides his primary podiatry training, Dr. Rambacher performed multiple surgical rotations in Ohio at Cleveland Veteran Administration Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, The Podiatry Institute, Jewish Hospital Ohio, and Ohio State University. In California, he had high-volume surgical training in the Saddleback Valley Residency Training Program at hospitals in Orange and Los Angeles County.
Incorporating his extensive training from both the west and east coasts, Dr. Rambacher works closely with his patients to limit their downtime so that they can quickly return to their work and hobbies. To do this, Dr. Rambacher provides the most advanced treatments and seamlessly integrates them into his patients’ active California lifestyles. Patients also receive direct access to Dr. Rambacher via the “Podiatry Hotline” a text capable direct and mobile line, so they can contact him should questions or concerns arise.

Dr. Rambacher is certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Board of Podatric Surgery. When he’s not caring for his patients, Dr. Rambacher enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing outdoor adventures like mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and surfing. Dr. Rambacher is professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, great sense of humor. He is a good diagnostician, identifying your condition quickly, and the path to completely correct same. His staff are pleasant, efficient, welcoming to all patients. I’ve had several surgeries over the years with this surgeon, and recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation!

I visited at least 5 Podiatrist’s before and none truly addressed the issues. I continued with pain. Dr. Rambacher was the first that has made every effort to help me and developed a plan for treatment! His procedures have helped me beyond what I expected. He truly enjoys his profession and cares for his patients! Highly recommended!!!!
So far, I am happy with Dr. And the staff. I have a ton of arthritis in my feet, which Dr. is treating currently. I got new orthotics. If it doesn’t help, then he may perform surgery.
