Dr. Milligan received his bachelor’s of science in zoology from Arkansas State University. He then completed his doctorate of medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, he pursued residency training in family medicine at UAB Huntsville Family Medicine Clinic, where he was eventually named chief resident.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Milligan enjoys helping patients through every step of their health care journey. I went to doctor yesterday and everyone was friendly.I called for appointment and got in a hour later to see Dr.Milligan. I saw Dr.Milligan quickly and had answers. He spent enough time with me that I felt like he was listening to me and concerned. Yes I would recommend Dr. Milligan.

Everything about this Dr's office is phenomenal. The organization, kindness, seeing you truly as a person, spending time with you about issues and symptoms. They are kind, courteous and attentive and I adore them for it.
My doctor visit was good as always but I have to say my wait time was very very long. My visit before this was only for a blood test so therefore I only had to see a nurse. We had to wait 3 hours. That is unacceptable.
