Dr. Milligan received his bachelor’s of science in zoology from Arkansas State University. He then completed his doctorate of medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, he pursued residency training in family medicine at UAB Huntsville Family Medicine Clinic, where he was eventually named chief resident.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Milligan enjoys helping patients through every step of their health care journey.
