Went in with & for my teen son. We were seen pretty-promptly. Staff seemed well informed and knew what info they needed from us the first-time. Facility was older and a bit worn, but clean and accommodating, even for youngerShow mores (or those wanting to avoid noisey younger patients). Anyway, we've gone here before and plan on again, if the need arises because the care was also very informative, practical and helpful
They cared about what I had to say and about my conditions I was experiencing. I did NOT have to wait 6-7 hours to finally be seen (Menifee and Murrieta u have to wait 3-9am to finally have the check in bracket on, no thank you). Show moreYall out did yourself a 10/10 thank you!

I ❤️ the review and the help.
Wait time was minimal. Very efficient staff. Clean waiting room and patient room. PA was very thorough and to the point. Gave me much needed prescriptions. I would definitely go back and recommend this Urgent Care to others.

He took one look at my issue and diagnosed it. Explained next steps. Shots and 1 week meds. Pain gone 15 minutes after shots. Plus he has a good bedside manner.
