Went in with & for my teen son. We were seen pretty-promptly. Staff seemed well informed and knew what info they needed from us the first-time. Facility was older and a bit worn, but clean and accommodating, even for youngerShow mores (or those wanting to avoid noisey younger patients). Anyway, we've gone here before and plan on again, if the need arises because the care was also very informative, practical and helpful

Good doctor
I went in to be seen for strep throat and the visit was going smoothly at first. When the doctor asked if I needed something for pain, I said I will be fine with ibuprofen. He then responded by telling me to “make sure you’re not giving your medication to anyone else” which felt completely unprovoked and inappropriate. There was nothing in our conversation that suggested that and it came across as an unfair assumption. The comment felt unnecessary and rude. That is something I would never do.

Very unprofessional doctor! Both times I have been seen by him I have had very bad experiences. He just talks to me but never examines me! I will NEVER go back to Apple Urgent Care for as long as I live. He's rude as hell and always looks pissed off!!! He's HORRIBLE as a doctor!!

He took one look at my issue and diagnosed it. Explained next steps. Shots and 1 week meds. Pain gone 15 minutes after shots. Plus he has a good bedside manner.
