Horrible experience. Waited 2 hours paid $85 for my husband to be in and out within 5 minutes after I told them 3 times he needs a spanish translator since they didn’t let me go in with him and he came out and said they didn’t give him one so nothing was understood and when i went back to ask the lady and she was all mad and annoyed with me and said she can’t talk to me about anything i’m not the patient. I told her again well how are we suppose to know diagnoses w/ no translator she sat quietly

We told the Dr. thet my son had respiratory issue. He never check my son's breathing. Just stood near the door and gave his diagnosis.

100% I would go back for urgent care to Dr. Setco and staff was very polite and caring.
All I wanted was a note for my work to excuse my day and for the flu I had, because I work in a food production plant. Instead, Drs office ran my insurance, had people wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours, — full. They didn’t give me that. Instead, they just gave me a note referring me go take it up with the E.R, because they couldn’t do anything about it. I specifically asked to be given the note for my work above all; but they insisted on me go to the ER. VERY INCONVENIENTLY AFTER WORK.
