Our family is currently going though a really hard time and I was dreading going to this appointment because while I usually try to maintain a very healthy lifestyle in the last 2 to 3 weeks has been the most stressful, unorganizeShow mored, and mentally and physically taxing weeks of my life and I knew that would show. Dr. Rodi was very understanding of the circumstances and reassured me that we would get through this time and told me I could call him day, night, or weekends to get us back to normal.
After suffering for three weeks with coughing, loss of appetite,and visiting two different urgent cares, I begged for an appointment with my primary, Dr. Rodi. His staff got me in the next day. I was desperate because I could not Show moreremember ever feeling so bad and was weak from being so nauseous. Dr. Rodi came up with an immediate plan and within two days I felt human again and could tolerate food. Lesson learned. When I get sick traveling, don’t wait so long to go see my primary when I get home!

Friendly and personable staff, nice contemporary office and clean medical waiting rooms.
As always, I get answers from Dr. Rodi when I go see him. He listens carefully and has a plan of attack. His office staff is great and it feels like family. Dr. Rodi is the best primary doctor, hands down, that I have ever gone to. He is a throw back to the old fashioned GPs from years ago!

Dr. Rodi and staff are always available, they seem to care about each patient/individual that walks through the door. Dr. Rodi takes times to discuss all of your health issues and does not rush you out of his office.
Where do I start and where would I stop, Dr. Rodi has been my dr for 10+ years he is a very compassionate and caring doctor who pays attention to allllll details. I can just go on and on how great of a dr he is.
I’m new to Louisiana and was worried about finding new a new physician. Choosing Dr Rodi for my primary physician was the best decision I’ve made. He’s exceeded my expectations. In a time where doctors seem to be more focused on the computer in front of them during patient visits, dr rodi is the only exception that ive found. He actually sits and listens to you. I have been seeing Dr. Rodi for many years. He is the most caring and genuine doctor I have encountered in my 7 year kidney failure journey. He always gone above and beyond to bring me from basically a vegetable to a functioning person like I was before my kidneys failed. I am forever grateful for him and his amazing staff. Best Primary Care Physician on the Westbank! Takes his time and truly listens to all his patients concerns. Friendly attitude and goes above and beyond to get you feeling better. Jake Rodi is that breath of fresh air the medical field needs for patient care and wellbeing.
Dr Rodi is very patient and very kind he doesn't rush through the visit and takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns I'm fairly new to the practice and I felt comfortable with him the very first day I would recommend him to everyone. His staff are also very nice welcoming and they listen when you talk to them no matter what it is. The office is also very clean and well kept and the bathrooms are spotless and smell nice 👍
Dr. Rodi understands me and my needs. I hope others in this country have a local doctor like him. His practice has always been neat, clean and proffesional. Dr. Rodi talks to you and listens to your response with intention and a willingness to make you better. I have been through military medical facilities, "the revolving door" or cattle hearding places that push you out ASAP and this is a nice change. I love the staff and appreciate the entire team. Dr Rodi is one of the few doctors available who actually spend time with each patient and listens as well. He doesn’t rush uvand stays attentive and does what he says he will do.
