Diego Allende, DO, is the owner and founder of The Allende Centre for Regenerative Medicine & Vitality in Fresno, California. He specializes in intergrated medicine and has a board certification in family medicine and a degree in osteopathic medicine.
Dr. Allende was born in Argentina and moved to the San Francisco area with his family as a child. He and his brothers often worked in the family’s auto-body shop, which he credits for his value of hard work. When he began college at San Jose State University in San Jose, California, he continued to work full time while earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
After earning his degree, Dr. Allende moved across the country to attend medical school in New York. After a year, he moved back to California to earn his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California.
When he isn’t teaching his patients how to improve their lifestyles with healthy habits or administering cutting-edge regenerative treatments, Dr. Allende loves to spend his time traveling with his wife, Amira, and visiting friends and family. He adheres to a dedicated regimen of weight training, a nutritious diet, outdoor exercise, and relaxation.

I think I had a little heat exhaustion during my appointment with Dr. Allende. He calmly assured and addressed all of my health concerns. I have learned over the years that Dr. Allende knows exactly what he is doing and has always provided me with more than one option to address all of my health conceens. Best primary care doctor around!
Dr Allende listens to his patients. He gets to the root of the complaints/symtoms. His partner Beatriz Castro, NP is attentive and thorough. They are what healthcare should be like.

Everyone at the office was great. There was no wait time to be seen. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to see Dr. A after specifically requesting a day that I would be seen by him.

It seems that you better add some time for your appointment. Wait time is crazy. Last appointment I waited a little over 2 hrs before saw the Dr.
At 3:10 I was made aware that my scheduled 2:30 appt with Dr Allende wouldn’t happen until some time AFTER 4:10….possibly not until 5:00. This is unacceptable. The office staff was kind enough to refund my $225 payment. I will not be rescheduling.

Dr. Allende got me in for a physical for a short notice surgery. The office said they were all booked but they would see what they could do. They got me in the following day. I have been going to Dr Allende for 15 years now and he has always been a good doctor.
As usual...very professional a d attentive to the needs of patients.
Best Doctor in Central Valley highly recommend if you want a doctor who cares deeply to address and listen to your health issues and concerns.
You will not be disappointed!! I’ve gone through several doctors and they’ve all told me the same thing, take ibuprofen, ice and heat your foot and you’ll be fine. I have dealt with gout for 6 years and I’ve self diagnosed myself and have even cutdown on a lot of foods that cause high Uric acid. I don’t eat meat anymore. As soon as I had an appointment with this doctor it has really changed my life and helped me for the better.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr Allende. With all the doctors I’ve been to in my lifetime it’s nice to have one that actually sits down and talks, listens and responds with answers.
I did not have a long wait for my appointment. B listened to my concerns and consulted with Dr Allende who was out of office, before writing my rx. All the staff are kind and friendly as well as professional and attentive. Highly recommend
