My visits with Dr. Allende are always very nice. I have been seeing Dr for 2yrs now and feeling better than I ever have. He has my hormone levels & thyroid medication were they should be. He takes the time to listen to me. At Show morethe end of my very first visit, he said “This is the plan, these are the first steps, we will figure out what’s going on”. I NEVER heard that from any Dr in the past. Those words gave me HOPE!! I’m so thankful to have found him.

Diego Allende, DO, is the owner and founder of The Allende Centre for Regenerative Medicine & Vitality in Fresno, California. He specializes in intergrated medicine and has a board certification in family medicine and a degree in osteopathic medicine.
Dr. Allende was born in Argentina and moved to the San Francisco area with his family as a child. He and his brothers often worked in the family’s auto-body shop, which he credits for his value of hard work. When he began college at San Jose State University in San Jose, California, he continued to work full time while earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
After earning his degree, Dr. Allende moved across the country to attend medical school in New York. After a year, he moved back to California to earn his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California.
When he isn’t teaching his patients how to improve their lifestyles with healthy habits or administering cutting-edge regenerative treatments, Dr. Allende loves to spend his time traveling with his wife, Amira, and visiting friends and family. He adheres to a dedicated regimen of weight training, a nutritious diet, outdoor exercise, and relaxation.

I just got my first PRP facelift and I feel a huge difference just coming out of Dr. Allende’s office. I appreciate he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Everyone at the office was nice and attentive. I was disappointed because I scheduled an appointment with the doctor a month earlier. When I was taken back to the room I was told the doctor let them know the week prior that he was taking the day off. I wish the office would’ve called to see if I wanted to reschedule.
The NP, Kirsten, who works for Dr. Allende was very professional and thorough in her desire to make sure that any physical or medical issues that I was experiencing were addressed in a comprehensive manner. She made me feel comfortable and secure with her approach to my unique situation.

I think I had a little heat exhaustion during my appointment with Dr. Allende. He calmly assured and addressed all of my health concerns. I have learned over the years that Dr. Allende knows exactly what he is doing and has always provided me with more than one option to address all of my health conceens. Best primary care doctor around!
Dr Allende listens to his patients. He gets to the root of the complaints/symtoms. His partner Beatriz Castro, NP is attentive and thorough. They are what healthcare should be like.
