Dr. Shin and her office staff are phenomenal at all aspects of patient care. They are thorough, timely, professional, and go above and beyond with extra effort to make sure you are given the best care possible. In my 31 years of lShow moreife, I have never felt this seen, heard, or taken care of by a physician and their staff. Staff walked me through the process of changing Dr. Shin to my primary, and an appt is typically available within a couple days. I was given an appt for the following day.
Dr. Shin is dedicated to patient care. I am in my 70's and and I have seen my fair share of PCPs and other specialty doctors and from my experience, Dr. Shin is one of the most caring and competent doctors. She does not overbook pShow moreatients and she spends ample time with each patient to ensure that their concerns and issues are addressed. She is up-to-date on latest medical trends and discoveries. I am happy I finally have a competent PCP and I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Shin is a care provider that had studied all the test results, previous diagnoses and relevant materials before a patient came to visit her . Despite being solid in clinic experience, Dr. Shin is always well prepared providing the best care for her patients.
