I've seen hundred of doctors the years. I would only recommend maybe seven . Needless to say I hold doctors at a high standard. Dr. Gonzales is one of them . He has that small town personality . He actually cares about his patientShow mores. He takes time to listen. He's compassionate yet straightforward and tough. Very intelligent and if he doesn't sure about something he ,he's honest with you and will seeks answers for you . For him you are not just a number on a chart you are a human . Dr. Gonzales treats his patients with dignity and respect . That is one quality that is unique. It is the number one quality I look for if a doctor doesn't have it I will replace them. I trust very few people however I highly respect and trust Dr. Gonzales.
Dr Garcia is an excellent doctor. He is a great communicator and listens carefully to his patients concerns. He nailed it with my headaches. He checked my muscles and found out that it was the tension of my neck muscles that are Show morecausing the pain and tension in my head. He gave me neck strain rehabilitation exercises instructions and I’m doing that and relaxation and I already feel so much better. I am so thankful for him. I know he will always help me if I have any trouble.

Dr. Garcia graduated from Baylor University and then received his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His next step was a residency in family medicine at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine-Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where he became Chief Resident of the Department of Family and Community Medicine. He followed this with a fellowship in sports medicine at the same institution.
In practice for 10 years, Dr. Garcia is affiliated with the Hospitals of Providence East Campus. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Medicine.
A proud Texan, Dr. Garcia loves giving back to his community. He has sponsored multiple events in the community including marathons, high school events, community college events, golf tournaments, and more.

As good as always. Dr. Garcia doesn’t stack appointments so your in and out. He’s a great listener and covers all questions and concerns.

I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the El Paso Center for Family & Sports Medicine. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and has made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.
Dr Garcia is awesome. He is very thorough and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him. His office staff is friendly and professional.

For the first time seeing Dr Garcia, he was nice, but I felt as if he really didn't take enough time to address my concerns about my feet and leg. The staff is very nice and attentive, but I really wasn't that impressed with the doctor.
Dr. Garcia has been my Dr for 10 plus years. Have noticed his has been more pleasant.
