I can't say enough about Dr.Soufer. I first met him as a patient at St. Joseph Hospital, when I had a 7mm kidney stone that was stuck in my ureter. He was the first doctor to actually sit on my bed, with me, to explain everythShow moreing that was going on with my body. This was in March of 2020. Dr. Souferzeda has a way about him that made me relax and that everything will be corrected. And it did !! At that moment in time, I asked him if he would be my primary doctor. He agreed with me.
Dr. Soufer has consistently shown a care for my overall well being. He has worked with me to examine when compromises can be made to balance my physical health with my comfort, happiness, and anxiety, as well as when they really cShow morean't. He takes the time to hear my own concerns and hypotheses, and addresses them thoughtfully.

Dr. Soufer earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at UCLA, followed by a medical degree in osteopathic medicine at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM). He went on to complete a one-year internship at North Shore-LIJ Health System (now called Northwell Health) and a residency in family medicine at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. Due to his exceptional patient care and medical knowledge, Dr. Soufer was appointed Chief Resident and taught both medical students and newly graduated physicians.
Upon completion of his medical training, Dr. Soufer joined the highly-respected, 25-year-old practice of one of his mentors. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Soufer continues to educate medical students as a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, California.
As a primary care physician, he has extensive experience in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, urgent care, and care for critically-ill, hospitalized patients. His osteopathic training and vast clinical work has shaped Dr. Soufer’s unique approach for providing individualized, holistic care that considers all aspects of a patient’s well-being: mind, body and spirit. Efficient, on-time and quality care.
Dr. Soufer is amazing. Super friendly, accommodating, calming, understanding, and makes you feel like you’re actually being listened to for once. The entire office staff is great. Location is prime and easily accessible just 2 blocks from the freeway.

Calming when i diddn't know the extent of the scabs/scabs, especially near the eyes. Directions on how to do things differently for better results. People gave me directions, most irrelevant, took what I beleved with. BEST piece of comments from others was to see Dr, Souferzadeh, calmed my nerves.
