Myself and my family have been coming to this urgent care for awhile now. I have nothing but great experiences especially with the doctors who are extremley friendly and knowledgeable. Today my experience with the nurse who has grShow moreey curly hair was very unexpected. She was incredibly rude and unpersonable. When asked about what was going on I was telling her my background since I've been sick for almost 2 weeks now, I was cut short and was told to tell her what I was experiencing in the moment. I told her then she left. Upon her return to give me a strep test I told her I have taken antibiotics to which she huffed at and asked why and where I got them. I told her I was going to until I was cut short with my story. They were leftover from this urgent care from a month or two back and was taken recently to get rid of a sinus infection which did work. She probed me some more then left. The doctor I saw after was incredibly friendly and amazing. I will continue to return but was not happy with the nurse that saw me.
The first time I came there I had 102 temperature & I only got gel pills for my cough I was getting worst they weren’t helping me & that was on Dec.31st 2023. I called to come back on Jan. 5th to get medication so I got Steroids aShow morend anabiotic be the first time I was there they they swapped me and they called me back and told me I had the flu so hopefully the medication I got now helps me I’m supposed to be getting something for my cold because I have a big cough and I’m waiting for them to call me if you got to give it to me yesterday so will see what happens .

Since completing his education and training, Dr. O’Connor has provided primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitative care. In his current role at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care, he specializes in occupational medicine and routinely provides physical exams, digital X-ray imaging, and immunizations.

Very easy process.
Always fast and prompt. Love the staff here.
If anyone in our family gets sick and needs to see a Dr quick when our regular Dr has no available spots, I can rely on O'Connor's. The staff is great and friendly. We do not feel pressured to get any testing completed when it doesn't warrant it. They always ask first.
My results got back in 6m which is way lower then most other urgent cares I have went to and they are reccomending the best things for me to get better
Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, was very pleasant. Really made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands. I live in NJ, was visiting mom in PA when I got a sinus infection. This place was closest to her that took my insurance. Doc did a thorough examination and gave me medication to get better. It was a quick and very good visit. In & out in about 30 minutes. 24 hours later I’m already feeling better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed.
Brendon, he took his time and asked all the necessary questions. Did my exam and prescribed the medication needed. Honestly I highly recommend O’Connell urgent care in Port Jervis. The kind and professional you get in and out very quick. I’ve been there several times and did not have an any bad experience at all. As a walking I expected a long wait but it was not. The staff was efficient, helpful and quick. I had blood drawn ( not my favorite thing) and it was surprisingly painless. The Dr. Was smart, patient ( while I described what bought me there) and thorough. He also ordered a ct scan to guess my fears and confirm my medical condition. Look...Dr. visits are " not my thing" but this facility gets a very warranted shout out.

We brought my elderly father into this urgent care yesterday afternoon when he had significant symptoms. He was being assessed and treated within minutes of arriving. They did several tests and X-ray and diagnosed pneumonia .They all were so friendly, and professional. I couldn’t believe we were there less than 45 minutes. Being a nurse, I was amazed. Best Urgent Care we have ever been to. Highly recommend!

Well hello for 3 to 4 days now i have had a feeling of getting a urethra catheter i guess a uti? Well the pain got soo bad that as much as i dislike doctors i had to go...because i have had such issues in the past i literally blow blood pressure cuffs off my arms. The stress is unreal..well it was the first thing i told them and they were kind and professional had me in and out
