I went in yesterday because the silicon tip of my hearing aid was missing when I took my left one out. I couldn't find it so I assumed it was still in my ear. I figured it would be a quick process to get it out at O'ConnorShow more Urgent Care. I was taken care of by Rick who couldn't really see clearly into the ear so he washed out the accumulated wax and determinated that nothing foreign was in my ear. It was over cleanly and quickly ... and I still have not found the missing tip.

I went early this summer with a strep throat and they diagnosed and gave me great medication and I was fine Now its the end of the summer, I put my back out and they helped me wiShow moreth that as well. i’ve been coming here since they opened. It’s a great staff. Everyone is helpful and we really needed an urgent care in this area. And the facility is very nice. thank you, Dr. O’Connor and Steve. I’m so happy that you’re here.
Brandon O’Connor, MD, is the medical director and attending physician at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care in Port Jervis, New York. He welcomes patients and their families to receive prompt evaluations with same- or next-day visits, including walk-in appointments. He strives to offer the region’s highest level of individualized care with diagnostic tests directly in the office.
Dr. O’Connor attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He continued his education with medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in Sint Maarten. After earning his medical degree, he completed a residency at Somerset Family Practice in Somerset, Pennsylvania, where he was chief resident during his final year.
Since completing his education and training, Dr. O’Connor has provided primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitative care. In his current role at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care, he specializes in occupational medicine and routinely provides physical exams, digital X-ray imaging, and immunizations.

I was taking into the examination area almost immediately upon arrival. The professionalism is notable and I’ve never felt rushed. I feel like I am in good hands and I’m grateful.
TERRIBLE My chief concerns were ignored. I presented with back spasms and spine pain. I was offered muscle relaxers and scheduled for a scan. The scan was of my abdomen around the navel. Not once near the area of chief complaint. Once home I received a call from the office stating I had no kidney stone. I had passed a stone the week before and was certain this was unrelated. I was offered an x-ray. I told Melanie I doubted it could see a muscular issue. She agreed. No answers, and in pain??

Before I can finish my paperwork my name is usually called to be seen. The Nurse assistants are very polite and courteous. The entire office has a very kind ,patient ,and attentive to your need atmosphere. Dr O'Connors office is a blessing.

So thankful for this urgent care! They get you in and out quickly! I have been sick for 4 days and they had me come back and changed my meds without another charge.
I was very pleased with the care and patient service that I received at Dr. O’Connor’s urgent care. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. After completing my intake forms, I did not have to wait very long to be seen. I would definitely be going back when the need arises. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my illness.
The Dr was. Very professional and courteous I was made to feel comfortable from the time we walked in the door the Dr listened to my issues and prescribed exactly what I needed to feel better which after taking the meds I did just that I would recommend this for anyone having issues that don't require emergency room services but a quick visit to be addressed .
