I went in yesterday because the silicon tip of my hearing aid was missing when I took my left one out. I couldn't find it so I assumed it was still in my ear. I figured it would be a quick process to get it out at O'ConnorShow more Urgent Care. I was taken care of by Rick who couldn't really see clearly into the ear so he washed out the accumulated wax and determinated that nothing foreign was in my ear. It was over cleanly and quickly ... and I still have not found the missing tip.
So glad I found this Urgent Care in Port Jervis. I went early this summer with a strep throat and they diagnosed and gave me great medication and I was fine Now its the end of the summer, I put my back out and they helped me wiShow moreth that as well. i’ve been coming here since they opened. Brandon O’Connor, MD, is the medical director and attending physician at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care in Port Jervis, New York. He welcomes patients and their families to receive prompt evaluations with same- or next-day visits, including walk-in appointments. He strives to offer the region’s highest level of individualized care with diagnostic tests directly in the office.
Dr. O’Connor attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He continued his education with medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in Sint Maarten. After earning his medical degree, he completed a residency at Somerset Family Practice in Somerset, Pennsylvania, where he was chief resident during his final year.
Since completing his education and training, Dr. O’Connor has provided primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitative care. In his current role at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care, he specializes in occupational medicine and routinely provides physical exams, digital X-ray imaging, and immunizations.

Went to O'Connor Urgent Care and saw Dr. Brandon O'Connor again. :) He's always so friendly and informative. He's compassionate and nice and really seems to care about his patients. We always come here when we need fast care.
Pleasant staff, everything whet like clock work. I was in and out in no time and just 5 minutes of wait time. Everyone did their job with above and beyond .

What a great young man. Came in, and you immediately liked him. Explained my situation, he checked me out, snd reassured me that I was OK, but most likely dehydrated. I felt reassured and much calmer than I was before I got there. This young man has a bright future in medicine.
Facility is asy to find. Plenty of parking in a good neighborhood. Friendly, knowledable, ,caring, staff. Plenty of space, kids friendly. Great hours. Clean and organized facility. Doctor and nurses are also attentive, caring and great listener. This is my place to go, when I need to be healthy again. I made an appt online and filled out the required medical info online prior to arrival and was seen quickly! The doctor I saw listened to my symptoms and was able to prescribe an antibiotic.

I was taking into the examination area almost immediately upon arrival. The professionalism is notable and I’ve never felt rushed. I feel like I am in good hands and I’m grateful.
TERRIBLE My chief concerns were ignored. I presented with back spasms and spine pain. I was offered muscle relaxers and scheduled for a scan. The scan was of my abdomen around the navel. Not once near the area of chief complaint. Once home I received a call from the office stating I had no kidney stone. I had passed a stone the week before and was certain this was unrelated. I was offered an x-ray. I told Melanie I doubted it could see a muscular issue. She agreed. No answers, and in pain??

Before I can finish my paperwork my name is usually called to be seen. The Nurse assistants are very polite and courteous. The entire office has a very kind ,patient ,and attentive to your need atmosphere. Dr O'Connors office is a blessing.
