Hi! My name is Lisa, and I am a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from The New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, I am a certified Kyojung practitioner. Having spent time in the U.S. and China studying among the doctors of Shanghai University Hospital, University of Bridgeport, and NYCTCM, I am inspired to continue to educate myself on treatment protocols and patient care. Dr. Ura Shin completed her Master of Science from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Mineola, New York with four years of in-depth clinical experience. She then earned a doctoral degree in traditional Chinese medicine from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. Dr. Ura Shin is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Dr. Ura Shin's professional experience includes work in physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and women's health. She is also well-versed in trigger point therapy, gastrointestinal disorders, mental/emotional disorders, and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
Through her education and experience, Dr. Ura Shin has developed a treatment methodology that incorporates both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. By taking the best of both, she creates customized treatment plans that deliver impressive results for patients.

Medzdabe Desravines (Medz) started his journey in Traditional Chinese Medicine after his beloved 97-year-old grandmother passed from complications of multiple hip and femur fractures. He decided then that he wanted to help loved ones with their health issues where Western medicine could not.
Medz graduated with a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is licensed in acupuncture in New York State. His major area of treatment
is pain management.
Medz uses a variety of acupuncture systems when treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, rendering immediate pain reduction in his patients. His other areas of focus are Metabolic Syndrome pathologies - hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, men’s health, digestive disorders, and chronic fatigue.

Dr. Lisa Rosenberger, ND, LAc, brings over 15 years of clinical expertise to Fairfield Family Health, where she joins the team as a Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Acupuncturist and Integrative Medicine Specialist. Dr. Rosenberger is deeply committed to integrative and holistic health care, blending evidence-based practices with traditional healing methods to address the root causes of illness and restore balance in the body. Dr. Rosenberger earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine with Honors in Research from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Her postdoctoral training includes two residencies in Integrative & General Medicine and a prestigious NIH-funded research fellowship at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center.
Her clinical focus encompasses hormone and immune imbalances, autoimmune diseases, cardiometabolic disorders and treatment of chronic infections, including tick-borne diseases and viral illnesses. She also has a strong dedication to mental health, incorporating mindfulness techniques and integrative therapies into personalized treatment plans. Dr. Rosenberger is particularly skilled in acupuncture, nutritional counseling, hydrotherapy, physical medicine therapies and herbal medicine, and she is a Certified Mental Wellness Coach.
Dr. Rosenberger's approach is rooted in the belief that the body is designed to heal when obstacles to health are removed and optimal function is restored. She collaborates closely with her patients, empowering them with knowledge and tools to achieve lasting wellness.
