Kimberly Bramlett joined ENT Associates of Greater Kansas City in 2003.  Kim’s Audiology and hearing aid experience includes hospital, ENT clinic and educational settings, serving patients of all ages.  She obtained her master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Kansas in 2003.  Kim has received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and is a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in Missouri and Kansas.  Kim is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Kansas City Society of Audiology. Her audiology and hearing aid experience includes private practice, ENT, cochlear implant, pediatric, and auditory processing services. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Teefey is very passionate about helping people communicate to the best of their abilities throughout their lifespan. Dr. Erika Ward has been an Audiologist in the Kansas City area for over 14 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and her Master’s Degree in Audiology from The University of Kansas. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. Erika is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in Missouri and Kansas and a member of the American Academy of Audiology.

She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and helping them achieve the best hearing healthcare possible to improve their quality of life. Erika has 3 beautiful children that she enjoys spending time with outside of the office. 

Dr. Lynsey Ralston received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center in May of 2019. She joined Professional Hearing Center in May 2018 as an Audiology resident. Lynsey completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Rockhurst University. She has served patients of all ages, pediatric to adult and also has been impacted by hearing loss herself. Her clinical experience includes University, pediatric, private practice, ENT and VA settings. Lynsey's care for others is reflected through her compassion for adults and children impacted by hearing loss. Through her personal experience with hearing loss and evidence-based clinical experience in audiology, she aims to provide the best quality of life to her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys visiting local restaurants in the Kansas City area, kickboxing, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Lorann Brown joined our practice in the Summer of 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in French from the University of Tennessee. She then went on to receive her Master of Science and Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. Brown is passionate about hearing aids and firmly believes that everything is fixable, even if it requires a little super glue! She enjoys working with all populations and her favorite part of her job is empowering people with hearing loss. Dr. Brown wants all of her patients to feel confident and comfortable in their hearing no matter where they are.

Outside of the office Dr. Brown is usually spending time with her family. She enjoys DIY projects, gardening, camping and running!

Dr. Abigail Dinkel joined our practice in the spring of 2019. She is a native Kansas Citian who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from The University of Kansas Medical Center. 

Dr. Dinkel has a special interest in pediatric audiology, working together with children and their families to help meet their unique communication needs, but has a background working with patients across the lifespan. Her highest priority is helping patients reach a point where they are confident in their communication abilities and where their hearing loss no longer holds them back from their life.

Outside of work you can find her spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, or in Manhattan, KS cheering for the Wildcats!

Dr. Abi Michels is from Baldwin City, Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with her Doctorate of Audiology in 2020. She completed her residency with Professional Hearing Center, and also has clinical experience in hospital, veteran, and pediatric settings. Dr. Michels sees patients of all ages and communication needs at both Kansas and Missouri locations. She also serves patients who have balance disorders.

Dr. Michels holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her passion is to help patients overcome communication barriers to unlock a better quality of life. In her spare time, Dr. Michels enjoys the outdoors and spending time with loved ones.

Dr. Kelly Spiller has been an Audiologist for over 13 years.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Central Missouri State University.

​Dr. Spiller is an ASHA-certified Doctor of Audiology and works in many different areas of the profession.  She was the founder of Professional Hearing Center in 2008 and merged the clinic into ENT Associates of Greater Kansas City in July of 2015 and became President of the new organization.  In February 2016 she founded a non-profit company – Lend An Ear Foundation. In addition to running the practice she works with ENT physicians and Physical Therapists involved in Vestibular and Balance Disorders.

Dr. Spiller will evaluate each patient and recommend appropriate treatment options such as hearing aids, medical referral or hearing protection​.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful daughters and has recently taken on the rewarding challenge of being a foster parent to children in need of a safe and loving home.
