Dr. Julie Teefey joined Professional Hearing Center in 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders with minors in Psychology and Disability Studies from Truman State University in 2013 and a Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2017.
Her audiology and hearing aid experience includes private practice, ENT, cochlear implant, pediatric, and auditory processing services. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Teefey is very passionate about helping people communicate to the best of their abilities throughout their lifespan. Communication is such an essential part of our daily lives that is so easily taken for granted until that skill becomes compromised. Dr. Teefey finds great joy in helping people work to regain that critical skill.

Dr. Sarah Eddings is a vestibular audiologist who specializes in helping those with dizziness and balance concerns. She earned her doctorate from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed her residency at the Kansas City VA Medical Center where she received training covering all aspects of the audiological field. She has a heart for those with vestibular disorders due to her personal experience with vertigo in childhood.
