She completed her undergraduate studies at Fordham University in the Bronx neighborhood of New York City, New York, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there, she attended medical school at the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island. She underwent rigorous Internal Medicine residency training and later completed an Endocrinology fellowship through St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania. Patrick Ng-a-fook, DDS, or “Dr. Pat,” at Smile Design Manhattan in Midtown West, New York City, began his education as an undergraduate at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York. In June 2002, he graduated with a bachelor of arts in economics, a minor in business, and a concentration in biology. This trio of interests encouraged him to further explore science and anatomy, as well as a career in dentistry.
In 2003, Dr. Pat enrolled at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. There, he earned his doctor of dental surgery.
Following graduation, Dr. Pat enrolled in an advanced education in general dentistry residency at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, through Lutheran Medical Center. This experience helped Dr. Pat discover his passion for working with patients and presented him with the opportunity to train dental residents, something he always wanted to do.
Never one to slow down, Dr. Pat has also pursued an education in endodontics and earned a certificate from Lutheran Medical Center with a focus on surgical and nonsurgical endodontic treatment. Juheon Seung DDS, MS, brings a wealth of experience and training to Sterling Endodontics in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Fatemeh Arabpour, DDS specializes in Endodontics (root canal therapy) she graduated from Ajman University of Science and Technology with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007.
Dr. “Raha” as we know her completed a one year internship program at RAK Dental Center Ministry of Health-Ras Al Khaimeh, United Arab Emirates in 2008. She then went on to The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of University of Southern California Los Angeles receiving her second Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. Realizing her dream of becoming an Endodonist, Dr. Raha successfully completed the Endodontics Program at University of Southern California becoming a certified specialist in 2017. Dr. Raha’s humanitarian services included providing dental and endodontic procedures in Beliz in 2015 and surgical and endodontic procedures at El Salvador Dental School in 2017.
