We’re owned and operated by infectious disease experts Jennifer Spinato, APRN, and Farooq Shaikh, MD. We accept most health insurance plans and welcome new patients 18 and older.
At Oasis Medical Services, we take a conservative and integrative approach to infectious disease treatment. Dr. Shelly Latte-Naor is bringing deep expertise in integrative midlife care, menopause and perimenopause, cancer survivorship, and lifestyle-driven primary care.
Dr. Latte-Naor is board-certified in Internal Medicine and fellowship-trained in Integrative Medicine, with over 15 years of clinical experience. A Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she is nationally recognized for her work in mind-body medicine and non-pharmacologic strategies to support women through midlife transitions and beyond.
Dr. Latte-Naor previously served as Director of Mind-Body Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she piloted integrative approaches for cancer survivors, especially those with cancer-related menopausal symptoms. Her training includes medical school at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, an Internal Medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and fellowships in Infectious Diseases (Mount Sinai) and Integrative Medicine (University of Arizona).
With a background in mindfulness meditation and certification to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), extensive training in clinical hypnosis and application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for symptom management, Dr. Latte-Naor incorporates practical tools that empower patients to actively participate in their healing.
Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply personal—helping patients manage menopause symptoms, improve sleep, recover from cancer treatment, and optimize long-term well-being without over-reliance on medications. Dr. Serge Lartchenko, MD, is a double board-certified Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease Specialist at Texas Infectious Disease Institute in Richardson, Texas, serving the North Dallas metroplex areas.
He is a caring and thoughtful medical professional who truly believes in whole patient care. He has more than a decade of experience effectively treating orthopedic and surgery-related infections, including those due to spinal instrumentation.
A remarkably trained medical doctor who is called upon to solve and treat cases that have stumped other medical professionals over the years, Dr. Lartchenko must know the entire body intimately. He looks at each patient as a whole person.
He has specialized fellowship training in Infectious Disease from the renowned Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine (LSU Health) in New Orleans, where he was very involved in teaching and presenting rare cases of infectious disease.
Dr. Lartchenko is also highly familiar with epidemiology, studying the patterns, causes, and effects of health and disease conditions in defined populations. He is fluent in English, Arabic, French, Russian, and Spanish.

Anneta Golubchik MD is a Board Certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.
She brings years of experience in performing in–hospital consultations and assessment of patients in outpatient settings related to conditions secondary to multi–drug resistant organisms, hospital–aquired infections, device–related infections, post operative infections, infections in patients with immunodeficiencies. Dr. Golubchik has treated patients with acute and chronic wounds secondary to burns, diabetes, vascular insufficiencies as well as a diverse population of indigent patients in urgent, scheduled primary care settings and TB clinic.
Dr. Golubchik has been honored with Intern of the Year Peers Award, Excellence in–training Award, and Maxwell Finland Award for Excellence in Research. She has several publications to her name.
Priyasheelta (Priya) Nand, MD, is an infectious disease specialist with Touro University Medical Group. In addition, she is a faculty member of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center’s Internal Medicine graduate medical education program.
Dr. Nand's goal is to provide compassionate care in the treatment of infectious diseases. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at St. George’s University in Grenada. She then completed her internship and residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, California, and her fellowship at Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.
Dr. Nand is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Infectious Disease.
At Touro University Medical Group, Dr. Nand treats many infectious diseases, including fungal and myobacterial infections.
Outside of the office, her hobbies include reading, decorating, running, and traveling.
