He recently became credentialed by the International Society for Stem Cell Application in cellular-based products for regenerative medicine and is a member of the society. He practices from the offices in Clifton, Middletown, Riverdale, Edison, and Jersey City, New Jersey, and Staten Island and Ardsley, New York.
Dr. Arora graduated from Binghamton University in New York. After undergrad, he traveled to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University College of Medicine, where he conducted medical research and earned his Masters of Medical Science. Dr. Arora then returned to New York for medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After medical school, Dr. Arora completed his residency in Anesthesiology and a clinical fellowship in pain medicine through the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Roosevelt and Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, both in New York City. During his education, Dr. Arora received recognition and numerous awards for his excellence in learning and practice.

As a board-certified anesthesiologist and doctor of osteopathy, Rahul Sood, DO, is an integral part of the team at Metro Pain and Vein Centers. He is also a specialist and venous medicine with an extensive history and experience in treating lower extremity spider and varicose veins. He practices from the offices in Clifton, Middletown, Riverdale, Edison, and Jersey City, New Jersey; and Staten Island and Ardsley, New York.
Dr. Sood received a degree in pharmaceutical medicine from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He received his certification as a doctor of osteopathy at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He returned to Rutgers for his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine, gaining valuable experience at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Sood is a double board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is also certified in Pain Medicine. He is the Chairman of Anesthesiology at New Bridge Medical Center. His extensive education and nearly 10 years of professional experience in private practice have given Dr. Sood a passion for treating complicated pain issues. His specific interests include pain related to nerve problems, sports injuries, and cancer. His pharmacy background has proven to be an asset while managing intractable pain. Dr. Sood is also skilled in treatment for unsightly and painful varicose veins, including sclerotherapy and vein ablation.
Dr. Sood has been concentrating on finding new ways to improve his patient’s quality of life through regenerative medicine. He feels that platelet-rich plasma therapy and stem cell treatments will be monumental in the future of medicine.
Dr. Sood continues to add to his education, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and methods for anesthesiology and pain medicine. He writes professionally, gives lectures, and has contributed to presentations at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York, on the topic of interventional techniques in pain medicine.

Dr. Ningning He, MD is board certified in anesthesiology and ABA subspecialty in pain medicine. Dr. He finished her pain management training at New York University. Dr. He uses the most advanced but least invasive pain management techniques to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain. Appropriate and targeted treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis from Dr. He and her team, followed by an action plan to suit the patient's needs. The goal of Dr. He and her team is compassionate care of the highest quality for those suffering from pain.
Dr He served as an instructor for RIWOspine US in Spine Endoscopy techniques. Dr He had extensive training in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr He is a member of North American Spine Society (NASS), Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS), and American Society Of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP). Dr He is affiliated with Overlook Medical Center and Hudson Regional Hospital.
Leon Reyfman, MD, FIPP, RPh, is a highly respected pain management physician who is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Reyfman is part of Hudson Specialty Care’s highly rated pain management team, which serves patients throughout New York City and New Jersey.

Currently serving as Attending Physician at Mount Sinai Hospital and Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology at SUNY Downstate Medical School, Dr. Reyfman brings academic expertise and over a decade of clinical experience to each patient he treats. He is also a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice, reflecting his dedication to the highest standards in the field.
Dr. Reyfman’s expertise spans non-invasive and interventional treatments for back, neck, joint, and nerve pain, as well as injury recovery. He is also certified to treat opioid dependency with Buprenorphine, offering specialized care for patients with coexisting pain and addiction challenges.
A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Reyfman completed his residency in anesthesiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and fellowship training in interventional pain management at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital.
