Maureen Moomjy, MD, FACOG, located in the Upper East Side, near Midtown, New York City, has been providing specialized, comprehensive, and compassionate care in fertility, gynecology, and reproductive medicine for over 20 years. She offers patients fertility services including ovulation induction and timed intrauterine insemination (IUI) and, in collaboration with NYU Fertility Center, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Egg Freezing, Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD/PGS/PGT) and Donor Egg IVF.
Additionally, she routinely performs gynecologic and reproductive surgery and guides patients through hormonal evaluation and treatment options.
Dr. Moomjy completed her residency in OB-GYN at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and her fellowship in Reproductive Medicine And Infertility at New York Hospital-Cornell Weill. She received her MD cum laude with distinction in research from the State University of New York, Brooklyn, and her Master’s Degree from NYU in Developmental Disabilities.
Dr. Moomjy has been in private practice in New York City since 2000, originally with Madison Women's Health and Fertility, a full-service gynecology, infertility, and reproductive endocrinology practice, and currently with Maureen Moomjy PC, a very private, attentive, and specialized fertility and gynecology practice. Prior to private practice, Dr. Moomjy served as an attending physician with the Cornell IVF Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility where she performed egg retrievals, embryo transfers, gynecologic and reproductive surgery, and expanded the center’s donor egg IVF program.
She maintains operating privileges at New York Presbyterian Cornell-Weill and routinely provides operative hysteroscopy for the treatment of polyps, fibroids, septum, and adhesions; and operative laparoscopy as needed for the treatment of tubal disease. Dr. Moomjy has been committed to providing access to fertility and reproductive services to all women and has supervised fertility care to patients from underserved communities for 20 years.
Dr. Moomjy recognizes that fertility and hormonal abnormalities cause substantial stress for patients who often consult multiple physicians in search of treatment. Yet, her philosophy is that a successful outcome is usually achievable with dedication, perseverance, and medical expertise.
Being a member of the NYU Fertility Center team has permitted Dr. Moomjy to provide thorough medical preparations for IVF, Donor Egg, and Egg Freezing, while all patients receive embryology services with a Center that has been on the forefront of reproductive technologies for the past 2 decades.
Scott Zeitlin, MD, is one of the top urologic surgeons in the Los Angeles area. His practice, Los Angeles Infertility and Prostatitis, has locations in Century City, Santa Monica, and Tarzana, California.
Dr. Zeitlin is an internationally recognized specialist in fertility, microsurgery, prostate health, and erectile dysfunction. For more than 25 years, he’s been helping men overcome fertility challenges. His skill in diagnosing and treating male infertility has helped countless couples achieve their goal of parenthood.
Dr. Zeitlin completed CUNY Brooklyn College’s prestigious coordinated BA-MD program. He earned his Medical Doctorate at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, also
located in Brooklyn, New York. He also completed his junior residency in surgery and urology residency at SUNY Downstate.
During his Urology residency, Dr. Zeitlin studied urologic oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After completing his residency he was a clinical fellow at the University of California Los Angeles Department of Urology. Since 1998, he’s taught at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and has gone from an instructor to Clinical Professor of Urology.
He’s been honored 3 times as the Clinical Faculty Member of the Year in the UCLA Department of Urology and received a Master Teacher in Urology Award from the SUNY-Downstate Alumni Association. In addition to teaching, he performed NIH-funded research at UCLA for over a decade.
Dr. Zeitlin’s colleagues have selected him to Super Doctors 14 years in a row. Los Angeles Magazine named him a “Top Doctor” in 2019. He currently belongs to the American Urologic Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and was previously on the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society’s board of directors. In 2020, Dr. Zeitlin was awarded the UCLA Urology Voluntary Clinical Faculty of the Year for the 3rd time by the UCLA Urology residents.
