Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Arizona and loves the desert. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. During residency training, he spent time training with top-tier surgeons and physicians. Training all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine. Dr. Meka received training in venous valve repairs, deep venous reconstructions, perforators ablations during medical school. During her General Surgery training at Memorial Health University in Georgia, she developed core vascular surgery operating skills. She also presented and published several vascular papers during her residency. She then completed advanced training in endovascular techniques during her vascular surgery fellowship. Dr. Meka completed her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas in 2011. After Fellowship, Dr. Meka worked as a consulting vascular surgeon at Harris Methodist hospital in Texas. Following this, she took academic vascular surgery position at VA Medical Center in Phoenix, in affiliation with Banner University Medical Center. She holds a position as Clinical Asst. Dr. Narain has been in practice in Arizona since 2001. He received his Medical Degree from Rajendra Medical College in Ranchi, India. He is a Fellow of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery, a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburg, U.K., and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Narain serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University. Dr. Narain has additional training in Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Colon Surgery and Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery. 

Since 1981, Rama Muddaraj, MD has been helping patients in the Goodyear, Arizona area overcome both minor and severe health conditions through expert surgical intervention. Dr. Vasudevan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Her clinical expertise includes minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a special focus on surgical oncology. She has particular experience in robotic colorectal surgery for conditions such as diverticular disease, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. In addition, she performs a wide range of minimally invasive procedures for gallbladder disease and abdominal wall disorders, including inguinal, ventral, and hiatal hernias. Her practice also includes endocrine surgery, with procedures involving the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands.

Dr. Jawad is a Tampa native who earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Albany Medical Center, the busiest Level 1 trauma center and tertiary surgical care hospital in New York. Following residency, he spent nearly a year in New Mexico, caring for patients in a critical access hospital and strengthening his dedication to serving rural and underserved populations.

He is now advancing his training through the Mastery in General Surgery Fellowship under Dr. Amini, with a specialized focus on robotic general surgery, complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic procedures, as well as foregut and colorectal surgery. Dr. Jawad is proficient in both laparoscopic and open techniques, and will be providing comprehensive surgical care, including elective, emergency, and trauma surgery.

Passionate about combining innovation with compassionate care, Dr. Jawad is especially enthusiastic about integrating newly acquired robotic skills into his practice. He looks forward to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care as part of the Arizona Premier Surgery Team. 

Dr. Angeles is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced training in benign and malignant breast diseases. She is committed to a multidisciplinary approach to treating breast cancer, working closely with the other sub-specialists in oncology to provide the best treatment plan for each patient. She also incorporates oncoplastic techniques to provide optimal cosmetic outcomes after breast conservation surgery.

Dr. Angeles received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She completed her general surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Having a special interest in breast cancer, she went on to complete a breast surgical oncology fellowship at Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C

Dr. Gunia is one of the few sub-specialty fellowship-trained Breast Surgical Oncologists in Scottsdale and is committed to the evaluation and treatment of breast disease. She is dedicated to bringing the highest level of breast care to the valley by incorporating her expertise in the newest technologies and advancements available for both the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Her training included the oncoplastic surgical technique, which combines the principles of cancer removal with optimal cosmetic results.

After earning an undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, she obtained her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Gunia completed general surgery training through Ohio University and further specialized in Breast Surgical Oncology at Akron General Medical Center in Ohio. She is also on the board for Check for a Lump, a local non-profit that provides free breast health education, mammograms, testing, and direct assistance to breast cancer patients.

Dr. Gunia enjoys playing cards, country line dancing, relaxing by the pool with a good book, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband, Steve, their two tabby cats, and their two miniature dachshunds.
