Dr. Mendake completed her medical training at the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in Indore, India and practiced there before emigrating to the United States. She obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay area in 2001. In 2009, she went back to school for a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she also studied herbology. Dr. Mendake holds certifications from the California Acupuncture Board and National Board of Chiropractic examiner. She is also a licensed acupuncturist and a yoga alliance certified instructor.
