Owned and operated by Ms. Meyerson, the practice offers services including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine therapy, gua sha, cupping, fertility assistance, migraine pain management, back pain management, and astrology readings.
A NCCAOM acupuncturist, Lisa specializes in women’s health and fertility, but she’s also extensively trained in pain management and nutritional supplementation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in dance and dance therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
While at Naropa, the only accredited Buddhist university in the United States, she also trained in meditation.
Lisa then completed a bachelor’s degree in nutrition at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, and a master’s degree in Chinese medicine at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, also in Chicago.
Lisa has also trained a reiki practitioner. She continues to hone her acupuncture craft by participating in a post-graduate clinical integration mentorship with Lonny Jarrett, a celebrated five-element acupuncture practitioner, teacher, scholar, and author.
Lisa’s interest in alternative therapies began at a young age. When she was just eight years old, her oldest brother, concerned for her health, gave her a book called “Sugar Blues,” and started taking her to health food stores. This spurred a lifelong enthusiasm for wellness.
At her practice, Lisa loves to share her passion for physical, emotional, and mental health with her patients. Her greatest joy is helping patients realize everyday miracles and participating on their health journey with them.

Third Coast Retina is an independent retina practice based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and was founded by Clinton Charles Warren, MD. Dr. Warren is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical management of retinal disease. After graduating from medical school at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dr. Warren relocated to the Midwest where he completed both his residency and a surgical retinal fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After completing his surgical training in 2018, Dr. Warren accepted a faculty position at Froedtert Eye Institute and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee where he conducted approximately 300 surgeries per year in addition to thousands of eye injections and retinal laser procedures.

Dr. Matthew Kerr L.Ac., DACM, Dipl. OM is accomplished and nationally certified in the practices of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbalism. He has completed a Masters of Science (Traditional Oriental Medicine) and a Doctorate degree (Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine) - a commitment to his craft. He has studied extensively and completed over 1,000 hours of clinical internships in biomedicine, herbalism, and Chinese medical theory.
Matthew also has a particular interest in opening his treatment space to the LGBTQ community. He was instrumental in creating the community acupuncture program from 2013-2014 with TPAN (Test Positive Awareness Network) here in Chicago to help bring treatment to those that need it most and may not have the ability to seek alternative healthcare.
He enjoys spending his downtime with friends and loved ones exploring Chicago. He also likes finding new and interesting vegetarian restaurants and recipes. If he is not out exploring, he enjoys movies and Netflix.
