He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and received his Master of Oral Implantology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas-School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Le earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Harpreet Tiwana, DDS, is a general dentist at Laguna Oaks Dental in Elk Grove, California. He has been working in the greater Sacramento region for over five years. 

He graduated from New York University in 2002 and completed his general practice residency in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Tiwana then completed a mini-residency in pediatric dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as one in endodontics (root canal treatment) offered by prominent endodontist Dr. John West at IDEA Academy in California. He has also been extensively trained by Dr. Michael Duggan, DDS, PhD, of The Duggan Institute of Dentistry in Costa Mesa, California.

Dr. Tiwana has taken several continuing education courses including courses offered by Dr. Gordon Christensen in Provo, Utah, and continually updates his knowledge through continuing education courses at the University of Pacific, San Francisco, and various other courses.

Urvashi Keswani, DDS, is an Associate Periodontist at Perio & Implant Center of Monterey Bay and Silicon Valley, with locations in Sunnyvale and Monterey, California.

Dr. Keswani moved to the United States to pursue her DDS at UCLA School of Dentistry, after which she relocated to New Jersey for specialty training in Periodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.

The field of periodontics fascinated her due to its focus on preventative care and its crucial role in maintaining overall systematic health. Dr. Kim has been serving the Sacramento community for over eight years, and he is well loved by families for his personalized approach to care and delivering excellent treatments. Raoul Shah, DDS, is an experienced general dentist at Willow Glen Dental Center in San Jose, California. Dr. Shah is dedicated to making all of his patients happy and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with each of them.

Dr. Shah was born and raised in Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in anthropology-zoology and biology. He was always interested in the medical field and ultimately chose to pursue dental school at the University of Michigan, where he graduated in 2000.

From 2000 to 2005, Dr. Shaw worked in various dental offices in Michigan, Virginia, and Georgia, before finally moving to California. Dr. Shah previously owned a dental practice in Fremont, California, for 10 years before selling it and partnering with Meridian Dental Associates in 2015, now renamed Willow Glen Dental Center. 

Dr. Shah enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has taken numerous continuing education courses throughout his career. He specifically studied the placement and restoration of dental implants and has experience treating full-mouth implant rehabilitation cases. Dedicated to providing stellar service, Dr. Shah has worked with various consultants to find ways to improve the doctor-patient relationship and  ensure his practice is headed in the right direction. 

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Shah spends most of his time with his family. His wife, Neha, and their three kids keep him very busy, attending boy scout events, gymnastics competitions, and various dance performances.
