Dr. Schraner was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She moved to New York City to attend NYU for both undergraduate and dental school. She has participated in dental outreach programs and was awarded honors in esthetic dentistry. After graduation, she completed her general practice residency at Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, where she treated children, adults and special needs patients. Dr. Schraner has been practicing dentistry in Manhattan for the past 7 years.

Azariy Yusupov, DDS, is an experienced orthodontist at Amazing Smiles Orthodontics, serving individuals and families at three locations in the New York City area, Mill Basin, Brooklyn; Forest Hills, Queens; and Five Towns in Cedarhurst, Long Island.

Dr. Yusupov began his career pursuits at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in Stony Brook, New York, earning his dental degree. 

Before entering private practice, he completed a three-year specialty program in orthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark. There, Dr. Yusupov received postdoctoral training in the latest orthodontic techniques, including temporary anchorage devices (TADs), clear braces, and Damon braces.

Dr. Yusupov is active in the professional orthodontic community. He regularly participates in continuing education courses and attends conferences to stay abreast of new technologies and treatment advances.

Marc Gainor, DMD, is an experienced dentist with over 33 years of experience in private practice. He leads the team at Rockefeller Dentistry in the Midtown East neighborhood of New York, New York.

In 1977, Dr. Gainor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1981. He then completed a postgraduate general practice residency in dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 1982.

Dr. Gainor is strongly committed to continuing education. He has completed the prestigious Pankey Institute restorative and Spear Institute mastery continuum. He also took advanced coursework at the Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the Strupp Postgraduate School of Dentistry. 

In 1987 Dr. Gainor became a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. This recognition represents over 500 hours of post-doctoral education and successful completion of a written exam given by the Academy. 

In 2006, he was awarded the title of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, the highest distinction conferred by the Academy. Less than 2% of all dentists nationwide have achieved this honor. Dr. Gainor has completed over 2400 hours of continuing education since completing his residency.

Dr. Gainor is very involved in organized dentistry and loves teaching. He has presented numerous educational programs on occlusion (bite), TMJ dysfunction, and orthodontics to his colleagues at local dental societies. 

He is currently the general chairman of the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the largest Dental Convention/Exposition in the United States. Dr. Gainor was recently honored with the Academy of General Dentistry Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition award.

Dr. Gainor is also a proud member of several dental organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society, to name a few.

Richard Rausch, DDS, is dedicated to providing the highest quality cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry to patients at Rockefeller Dentistry in Midtown Manhattan. He is passionate about caring for our family of patients and making their dental experience comfortable and pain-free. 

Dr. Rausch is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Dentistry, the International College of Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He formerly served as the General Chairman of the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the Chairman of New York County’s Peer Review Committee, and the Chairman of New York State’s Council on Peer Review and Quality Assurance.

Dr. Rausch’s community involvement includes being an honorary Police Surgeon with the NYPD and a member of the New York Society of Forensic Dentistry.

Dr. Rausch’s hobbies include sculpting, automotive collecting, boating, and motorcycling. 

Eric Chason, DDS, is a cosmetic and general dentist at Rockefeller Dentistry in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. He has a high standard of excellence in personalized dental care. 

Dr. Chason graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and continued his training by completing a general practice residency affiliated with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York City. 

Dr. Chason provides a welcoming and calming chairside experience for his patients and focuses on preventative treatments and patient education. Dr. Karina Zaygermakher, DMD, views good dental health as a pillar of overall health and prioritizes her professional development. Trained in general dentistry, she continually expands her knowledge. She pursued biology at the University of Massachusetts and obtained her dental medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr.Zaygermakher further honed her skills during her residency at the Department of Corrections in Rhode Island.

Dr. Daniela Hijazin was born and raised in the Bronx and attended Fordham University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1996. She completed her DDS degree from NYU college of Dentistry in 2000 where she received the David B. Kriser Award, the highest award in her graduating class. She went on to complete her general practice residency from Montefiore/Jacobi Medical Center.

Robert Castracane, DMD, is a skilled dentist and a leading practitioner of implant dentistry. He serves patients at Advanced Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry in the Flatiron district of New York City, New York, and specializes in creating healthier, more beautiful smiles to give his patients the highest quality of life.

He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics and psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before pursuing his doctorate in medical dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Dr. Castracane then headed to Brooklyn, New York, to complete his general practice residency at the Kings County Medical Center. He has served as an associate professor at the New York University College of Dentistry in Manhattan and then at the Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education in Paterson, New Jersey, where he shared his passion for dentistry with the next generation of dental practitioners. While there, he further developed his skills as the program director of general practice residency at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center before beginning private practice.

Dr. Castracane is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute as well as the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania. Dr. Toccafondi is a graduate of Edgemont High School, Fordham University, and Georgetown Dental School. He is a member of The Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York Dental Association, Ninth District Dental Association, and is a past president of the Yonkers Dental Society. He is committed to continuing education, and excellence in dentistry and has taken over 1,000 hours of continuing education. He has been treating families in Westchester for over 30 years. Dr. Toccafondi has a wife, two children, and enjoys skiing, running, and traveling.

Shay Markovitch, DDS, is an Israeli-born dentist at Dental Arts of Hastings-on-Hudson in New York. He is a firm believer in sharing as much information as possible with his patients and encouraging them to make informed decisions throughout their care. Dr. Markovitch began training in cosmetic dentistry over two decades ago in his home country. Dr. Joel Christo graduated with his doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in southern California. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center and has been working in private practice ever since. He continues his learning through various continuing education courses in a wide variety of fields such as implant and cosmetic dentistry. In his spare time, his hobbies include playing many sports and performing music.

After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Dr. Starkman was accepted into dental school. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in New York City.

Dr. Starkman stayed at NYU as a faculty member and taught incoming dental students. Ultimately, Dr. Starkman knew she wanted to go into private practice and founded High Line Dentistry.
