Jeffrey Osborne, DDS, is a patient-centered dentist at Dental Studio of Hurst in Hurst, Texas. Dr. Osborne provides comprehensive dental care using modern approaches to dentistry, allowing patients to receive exceptional treatment and experiences.
Dr. Osborne earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1989. After graduation, he opened his first dental practice in West Houston, and has since owned multiple dental offices throughout Greater Houston. He also holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Throughout his career, Dr. Osborne has held several positions, including serving as the vice president for the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Dental Society, a dental director for Cigna Dental and United Concordia Dental, as well as a director of quality assurance for South Texas Dental.
Dr. Osborne is currently the director of third-party programs and insurance for Smile Source, an organization dedicated to preserving independent dental practices. He is the chief dental officer for First Pacific Corporation.
He resides in Pilot Point, Texas, with his wife, Kim, and they proudly have three children together named Shelby, Heather, and Jack.

Dr. Jenkins grew up in northeast Texas before moving to Austin to attend the University of Texas. After just three years in Austin, he was accepted into the dental program at The University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Dr. Jenkins graduated with a D.D.S. in 2001, and moved to New Mexico to work with the under-served population throughout the many rural areas of the state. It was here that he met his lovely wife, Nicole. The two of them moved back to Texas in 2003, where he has been in private practice ever since. In his free time, Dr. Jenkins loves spending time with friends and family, especially his wife and two kids. He also enjoys mountain biking and cooking, and he has recently started learning to play the guitar.
Wayne T. Fieldsmith, DDS, specializes in general dentistry, providing comprehensive oral health care to adults living in Terrell, Texas, and throughout Kaufman County.
Dr. Fieldsmith began his professional pursuits at Dallas Baptist College in Dallas, Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry. Following graduation, Dr. Fieldsmith enrolled at the UTHealth School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas, and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Fieldsmith opened his private practice in 1975. Since then, he’s provided all-inclusive dentistry to adults, including bridges, crowns, implants, and periodontal treatment. Individuals can also receive root canals, restorative dentistry, laser dentistry, and wisdom tooth removal.
To ensure positive treatment outcomes, Dr. Fieldsmith stays current with new technology. He works under magnification and, whenever possible, provides treatment on-site. When individuals need more specialized treatment, he provides referrals to specialists in the area.
Dr. Fieldsmith proudly holds membership in various professional organizations, including the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Dallas County Dental Society, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry, and the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Fieldsmith is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a member of Woehler Research Group, the oldest continuously registered dental study group in the United States.
Outside the office, Dr. Fieldsmith is active in the Terrell community. Dr. Fieldsmith is a father of three and has participated in missionary trips to South America. He welcomes any adult seeking improved oral health to his practice today.
