Dr. Staci earned her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and her dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a one-year general practice residency at Phelps Memorial Hospital through New York Medical College. Since childhood, Dr. Erika Donovan has always had the desire to become a dentist. She spent many hours shadowing, volunteering, and immersing herself in the field before focusing her education on achieving this goal. Dr. Donovan was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, before she went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Donovan then ventured north to Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon receiving her dental degree, she completed a General Practice residency at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, providing further training in general and cosmetic dentistry.

He completed his hospital residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital, were he received extensive training in cosmetics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and pediatrics.
