“When I started my visit with Dr. Swapna , I was very happy with her services and customer service. I gave her 5 star. But now when I needed more complex work to be done on my teeth, I give her 1 star. She did a horrible work on 3 unit bridge on my teeth. One crown developed a hole few weeks back. I went to her so that it be fixed properly. Rather than fixing she was very rude and started asking me questions like how did this happen, who drilled the hole, and went on and on. She did offer to seal the hole but only if I pay more money from my pocket. She's more interested in getting paid than customer satisfaction and doesn't know what might have caused the hole. I consulted another dentist and was told that it has happened because she has used low quality material and also mentioned that if the hole is sealed the bridge might crack further. In 2023, I paid $3,300 from my pocket for this bridge and has gone bad in less than 2 years. In the past I made crowns at other dentists and those are still good after 7 years of use. She also made horrible cheap mouth guard in 2023 for me which lasted for less than 2 years as compared to my previous one from other dentists and is still functioning after 10+ years. I am not going back to her again. Hope she has some gratitude left in her and will consider refunding me the money I spent on cheapo bridge and mouth guard so that I get it done at another trusted and reputed dentist.”
