Dr. David Shao has been practicing dentistry in the Seattle area since 2005. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Shao continues to pursue further dental education and training in implant dentistry, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Shao is very passionate about the field of dentistry and providing the highest level of care to all of his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Shao enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, skiing and, cooking.

He actively continues his dental education through continuing education, study clubs and international dental implant workshops. When not in the office, Dr. Anwar enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. A native Washingtonian, he’s a big Seattle Sounders FC and UW Huskies fan.

Dr. Taba earned his dental degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus, Ohio. He went on to complete a general practice residency at Forum Health Hospital [now Youngstown Community Health Center (ONE Health Ohio)] in Youngstown, Ohio, where he served as chief resident.
After finishing his residency, Dr. Taba served as an assistant clinical professor at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and spent time practicing in Ohio. He relocated to Seattle in 2009, and has since been named a Seattle Met Top Dentist.
Dr. Taba is constantly learning new skills through Spear® continuing education, and has developed an expertise in sleep apnea and the placement of dental implants.
