Jane Yang, DDS, has shared her passion for dentistry with patients from China to the United States. Upon completion of her undergraduate program in biochemistry and biophysics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, Dr. Shapiro pursued dental school. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. Dr. Shapiro then finished her internship and residency at Long Island College Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in implant dentistry. Dr. Shapiro is passionate about continuing her education because she wants to be able to offer the latest and most advanced dental treatments to her patients. She holds an additional certification in prosthodontics that she earned during her fellowship at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. Dr. Shapiro also maintains a professional membership with the Second District Dental Society. Patients of Dr. Shapiro commend her willingness to educate them about their oral health.
