Dr. Jade's commitment to service has taken her across the globe, from the Philippines to Jamaica and Mexico, providing invaluable dental care to underserved communities. Her passion for excellence led her to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in San Francisco, further refining her dental expertise.

Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a member of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.
When away from the office, Kevin enjoys listening to music, snowboarding and honing his martial arts as a 4th degree Kajukenbo black belt with over 30 years of experience! Raoul Shah, DDS, is an experienced general dentist at Willow Glen Dental Center in San Jose, California. Dr. Shah is dedicated to making all of his patients happy and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with each of them.
Dr. Shah was born and raised in Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in anthropology-zoology and biology. He was always interested in the medical field and ultimately chose to pursue dental school at the University of Michigan, where he graduated in 2000.
From 2000 to 2005, Dr. Shaw worked in various dental offices in Michigan, Virginia, and Georgia, before finally moving to California. Dr. Shah previously owned a dental practice in Fremont, California, for 10 years before selling it and partnering with Meridian Dental Associates in 2015, now renamed Willow Glen Dental Center.
Dr. Shah enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has taken numerous continuing education courses throughout his career. He specifically studied the placement and restoration of dental implants and has experience treating full-mouth implant rehabilitation cases.
