Dr. Beard is a proud Louisiana native. She began her career pursuits at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduation, Dr. Beard pursued continuing education in aesthetic, implant, and sleep apnea dentistry, before moving to the Northshore.
At Fremaux Dental Care, Dr. Beard works with people of all ages. She diagnoses and treats most oral issues and has special interests in orthodontics, the placement of dental implants, and the management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
Dr. Beard proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the State of Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northlake Dental Association. She’s certified in oral conscious sedation, Invisalign®, and digital smile design.
When she isn’t at work, Dr. Beard enjoys spending time with her family. She has four children and enjoys baking and being outdoors. Dr. Beard is also an avid sports fan and roots for the Saints, Louisiana State Tigers, and the Pelicans.
