Robert Castracane, DMD, is a skilled dentist and a leading practitioner of implant dentistry. Dr. Nath is a New York native. She completed her bachelors in Biology and Psychology at The City College of New York and her Masters in Public Health at SUNY Downstate concentrating in Epidemiology. She then went to Touro College of Dental Medicine to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery and completed her General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center where she received training in all disciplines of dentistry for comprehensive and emergency care to patients of all needs.
Dr. Nath is passionate about helping her patients feel comfortable and providing the highest level of care. Her compassion and conservative patient centered approach to dentistry establishes trust with her patients to ensure positive dental experiences. In her free time she enjoys traveling, working out, and trying new restaurants in New York City.
Dr. Steven Kalendariov has a true passion for Endodontics, which he discovered during his residency at Woodhull Hospital Medical Center. There, he successfully performed over 100 root canal treatments and retreatments. Dr. Kalendariov takes great pride in his work and is committed to ensuring that each patient experiences a painless and comfortable procedure.
As an active associate member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), he regularly participates in the association's meetings and events. Dr. Kalendariov is dedicated to continuous learning, attending numerous Endodontic continuing education courses to stay current with the latest technology and research in the field.
Dr. Alexander Kimon earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, after graduating from New York University for his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Chemistry. His extensive research in basic science as a collegiate garnered him Harvard Medical School’s Paul Dudley White Fellowship to continue his research as a pre-doctoral dental student. While at Harvard, he won awards from the Northeastern Society of Periodontology and the Academy of Operative Dentistry honoring his clinical skills as a dentist, as well as the Harvard Odontological Society Award for Excellence in Research recognizing his efforts in promoting smoking cessation therapy internationally as an adjuvant to oral cancer prevention. Dr. Kimon continues to further his dental education and aptitude, emphasizing proficiency in implant dentistry, smile makeovers, Invisalign orthodontics, and CAD/CAM technology. His interest in all aspects of general dentistry, though, has led him to hone his expertise as a provider of quality, comprehensive dental care, and his patients’ overall satisfaction with their dental experiences motivates his compassionate approach to dentistry.
Dr. Alvina Lim is a fourth generation dentist. Born in California and raised in Indonesia, she was exposed to a variety of cultures at an early age. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee and her dental degree from Loma Linda University in California.
After graduating from a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, she worked in New York for two years as a general practitioner. This is where her passion for pediatric dental care developed. She pursued additional specialized training in pediatric dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. She continues to be held in high regard by distinguished professors and peers for her superb work ethic and her attention to detail.
When not at work, Dr. Lim enjoys spending time with husband and their baby girl. She has been actively involved in both local and international dental outreach programs including Thailand, Guyana and Guatemala.
Dr. Lim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
She is a member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and New York County Dental Society.
