Dr. “Raha” as we know her completed a one year internship program at RAK Dental Center Ministry of Health-Ras Al Khaimeh, United Arab Emirates in 2008. She then went on to The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of University of Southern California Los Angeles receiving her second Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. Realizing her dream of becoming an Endodonist, Dr. Raha successfully completed the Endodontics Program at University of Southern California becoming a certified specialist in 2017. Dr. Raha’s humanitarian services included providing dental and endodontic procedures in Beliz in 2015 and surgical and endodontic procedures at El Salvador Dental School in 2017. Dr. Raha has been with us since 2019, she has a lovely personality, a gentle touch and patients love and appreciate her sweet chairside manner. We are proud to have her as a member of our team.

Nazila Satvat, DDS, is providing specialty dental care for our pediatric department, seeing children of all ages from 6 months to 17 years of age.

Dr. Satvat received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ajman University College of Science and Technology in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. She practiced dentistry in Dubai and then spent a year in Sweden and Italy, training and expanding her expertise. Shortly after arriving in the United States, Dr. Satvat attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, Colorado, and graduated with another Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Some of Dr. Satvat’s passions include art, design, and culture, which is why she views herself as an artist and teeth as her canvas. She is a highly skilled dentist who loves working with children and will do all she can to create a comfortable and happy environment for everyone. Arbi Aboolian, DMD, CDT,  is a highly skilled general dentist at LA Dentists Group in Pasadena and Glendale, California. He holds additional training in all aspects of dental laboratory technology. 

Dr. Aboolian is certified in IV sedation and routinely employs moderate IV sedation as a treatment option for both his surgical patients and his anxious patients, those who generally avoid dentistry out of fear. Having two degrees in both dental laboratory technology and dentistry, Dr. Aboolian is among a small number of dentists who are both dental technicians and dentists simultaneously. He coordinates between the dental office and the dental lab and specializes in lab-related procedures.

Dr. Aboolian has been in dentistry since 1998 when he started his dental laboratory technology training. He graduated from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in Tehran, Iran, as a certified dental technician. Artin Meserkhani, DDS, MBA, is a skilled orthodontist at LA Dentists Group in Glendale and Pasadena, California. Raised in a family with a legacy of dental professionals, Dr. Meserkhani spent his youth admiring the practice of dentistry. 

As he grew up, Dr. Meserkhani would spend his summers observing his uncle, who practiced as a general dentist, and working hands-on with his father, who owns a dental laboratory. His father and uncle instilled the love to provide compassionate care to dental patients in him from a very young age. He pursued this passion for dentistry at the University of California, San Diego, for his bachelor’s in biochemistry and cell biology. He continued to Loma Linda Dental School. 

Afterward, Dr. Meserkhani completed a one-year post-graduate internship in orthodontics at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, Nevada, while practicing as a general dentist. He then completed his three-year residency at the school, earning his dual degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, his specialty certificate, and his master’s in Business Administration. Not only is Dr. Meskerhani highly skilled in the latest technologies in orthodontics, but he also has a radiant personality that makes orthodontist visits fun and relaxing.

When not treating patients, Dr. Meserkhani is a sports enthusiast, coaching a local basketball league and supporting the AYSO soccer team. He is also a member of the Armenian association, helping out whenever he can.

Sally Farah, DMD, is a skilled prosthodontist at LA Dentists Group in Pasadena and Glendale, California. Proud to care for her patients in and around Los Angeles County, she is affectionately referred to as “Dr. Sally.”

 Dr. Sally completed her prosthodontic training at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in Baton Rouge and a Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Oral Oncology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. She has served as an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and is a reviewer for several prestigious dental journals. Dr. Sally’s patient care focuses on complex prosthodontics and full-mouth rehabilitation, including esthetic and implant restorations and maxillofacial prosthetics.

Dr. Sally is a proud member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Dental Education Association, and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. She was deemed board-eligible by the American College of Prosthodontists.
